You will have access to the entire condo. The complex features four heated pools and hot tubs for you to enjoy, with one located just downstairs from the unit. Please note that while the condo is in the same complex as the Embassy Suites Hotel and you are welcome to visit their restaurant, guests do not have access to the hotel's gym or indoor pool.

Designed for ultimate comfort and visual flair, our condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and your furry friends are welcome too! Pool towels provided for the pool and for those looking to stay active, we provide 2 yoga mats. We only use non-toxic cleaning products and provide organic lemongrass castile soap for hand soap and body wash as well as non-toxic shampoo and conditioner.

BEDROOM: Unwind in a king-size bed featuring a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and soft, organic sateen sheets. Enjoy room-darkening curtains, a ceiling fan, a 55” Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. A full-size desk and USB ports on each side of the bed make it easy to stay connected.

LIVING ROOM: The living area features two comfortable daybeds for additional sleeping space. Cozy up by the instant-on gas fireplace on cooler nights or stay cool with crisp AC and a ceiling fan. Enjoy the 55” Smart TV with a premium cable package or mix a drink at the bar area with vintage glassware.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a breakfast counter with four swivel stools. We provide a variety of coffee makers (drip, pour-over, French press, stovetop espresso) with organic Italian roast coffee, decaf and espresso beans. You'll also find organic teas, spices, oatmeal, and pantry staples like olive oil and condiments.

PATIO: As the day cools off, relax on the patio and take in the views of the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains.

LAUNDRY: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience, complete with Puracy non-toxic laundry detergent.

KID FRIENDLY: We offer a Pack 'n Play with organic bedding, a high chair, and kid's dinnerware and untensils to make your family stay seamless.

DOG FRIENDLY: Dog bowls and a dog bed await your pup.

Free, unassigned parking is ample throughout the complex. You are welcome to park in any unmarked space. For electric vehicle owners, there are two EV charging stations available for your use near the hotel entrance (Tesla users may need an adapter).

This home is perfect for rest and relaxation. It’s walking distance to old town La Quinta. We love this area. Jacuzzi and pool were perfect. This hold had everything we needed. We stocked. We were given the opportunity to stay an extra day, and we did. We will be back

We had difficulty gaining access to the unit due to incorrect codes and broken code reader, and eventually had to make a phone call to the owner to get the correct code. Other than that, the unit is in a good location albeit in need of some upkeep with pointy ends of screws sticking out from kitchen drawers being a concern. Amenities were plentiful and of good quality and the building is in a pretty good location. It all worked out OK.

Really nice condo! Loved the color palette. It was an absolute bargain in the off season. I was there without a car and could easily walk to a couple of convenience stores and to La Quinta Village with some great restaurants and shops.

We love this setup style of condo. King Bed and the larger bathroom, open kitchen and living room. It’s the largest looking 750 square feet you can rent. The communication was spot on, the place had everything.

Quiet and cozy

The property was adequate for our trip and we did appreciate how quiet the community was. We did ask for the day bed to be set up, but it wasn’t when we checked in. The owner was very responsive and apologized for the oversight, and we were able to locate the items to properly set up the couch. It also would have been nice if the pool just below the unit was operational.

Nice place good location. Heather was very accommodating when I told her the room was too warm. As far as the Tesla chargers on site there are two and one doesn’t work. However about 1/4 mile away there are Tesla chargers. My only suggestion would be to change the wash cloths because they are very old and discolored and check the expiration dates on coffee etc….

Excellent Location!

This condo is located in a phenomenal location walking distance to downtown La Quinta , Pickleball, courts, in the parking lot of the embassy, where there are Tesla, EV chargers, and there is lots of grassy areas if you bring your furry loved one to be able to potty :-) a short 3 mile drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden! The owner was delightful & very accommodating to our needs! Highly recommend & we’ve already booked our next stay.

What makes this property unique

Decorated with mid-century flair, original artwork, and vintage touches. The couch consists of 2 mid-century daybeds for extra guests. No unfolding and refolding a pull-out couch each evening and morning. Couches have nice flat quilted blankets and each person has their own space instead of sharing a bed. Just let us know and we will make them up.
