The Space:

A second-floor condo with a private terrace overlooking the pool and hot tub. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests, and the kitchen has granite counters and full-size appliances. There's central AC, a TV and Wi-Fi throughout.



Bedroom: King bed.

Living room: Sofa bed and TV.

Laundry: stacked washer and dryer in the condo.



You also get four shared community pools and hot tubs, heated year-round and set among the gardens.



Guest Access:

The whole condo and private terrace are yours, plus free access to the four shared community pools and hot tubs. Parking is free on site.



The Neighborhood:

Casitas Las Rosas is within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta's shops, restaurants and nightlife. The area is known for golf, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (10 to 15 minutes) and Empire Polo fields (about 15 minutes) are both a short drive. In festival season, there's shuttle access nearby.



Getting Around:

Old Town La Quinta is an easy walk. Free parking is on site, and a car is the easiest way to reach the golf courses, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the Empire Polo fields, all within about 15 minutes. Rideshare operates throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to four shared swimming pools and hot tubs. They are heated, open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and pool towels are provided. The private terrace overlooks the pool and hot tub.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150. Access to the four community pools and hot tubs, and onsite parking, are included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free onsite parking is available.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
