We enjoyed our stay and the view from the balcony. We loved the location it was close to everything! Room was clean and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

Excellent location!

The view of the ocean from the 16th floor is amazing. Just steps from the beach. Longhorn Steak House and the Olive Garden restaurants are only a short walk away. Lots of shopping close by.

Great condo!

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo! It’s location is ideal and it was great for kids. I would recommend an update to the mattresses on both beds. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable!

Great location, loved the living quarters except we had no place to put our clothes as there were no drawers in the bedroom, other than a few hangers in the closet, we had to store our clothing under the sink in the bathroom.

Beautiful view in the heart of all

This spot was more than perfect for our family getaway. Barefoot landing is literally 3 minutes away as well as any other place you would want to visit. If youre a nervous nelly in traffic, youre so close that you dont even have time to panic! The room was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. Communication with the owners was more than perfect! We will most certainly be coming back next year!

Good view

We had a few issues one being the mattresses need replacing and other issues relating to the hotel overall, but not with the specific room. The view was good and the location of the hotel was good as well. Restaurants and shopping were convenient to the location. The unit was sufficient for two.

Thank you for your feedback. All mattresses have been replaced since your stay. The resort as a whole is going through a renovation to address many of the building related cosmetic issues you mentioned. If you decide to return to this location you will see some dramatic changes in the overall feel and experience of Beach Cover Resort.

Condo was nice and a great ocean & pool area view. Disappointed only owners are allowed to use the fitness area. Other than that everything was very nice.

The room needs dusting. The vent in the bath room needs cleaning. But most of all,matteress needs to be thrown away, they are worn out.

Breathtaking Sunrises from the 16th Floor!

Very Cozy Condo! Beds were Comfy! Beautiful Layout of the place! Floors are very Pretty! The View is Breathtaking from the 16th floor! Amazing Sunrises!! Love the little added window from the bedroom looking out to the deck! Super Cute! Very well stocked! We had everything we needed during our stay! We only had 1 issue! The handle on the sliding glass door kept coming off. We brought it to Randy’s attention. He is a great host! Our family of 4 enjoyed a very relaxing week! I would stay here again! The condo is in a great location! Close to everything! Thanks for a great week! It was very nice!

Tropical Storm Bert

Unfortunately, when I booked months in advance, no one could’ve seen a tropical storm hitting. Regardless, the host made his way to make sure that we were taken care of even offered us a condo further north to avoid the storm. My son and I made the most of it and we are thankful for the comfortable accommodations that we had We felt safe in the unit, we had all the amenities and food we needed, So for a beach trip with Call this one in A+. Thank you again to my host for the multiple check-in’s To make sure we are safe and even offering different accommodations all the way declined. To recap, it was a wonderfully comfortable unit with great beds, expected amenities, and a wonderful place to ride out a tropical storm. Thank you so much to Randy and happy crab.

Very neat and unique type of hotel rental I've experienced. What I liked the most about this unit was the hardwood flooring and the window privacy from the bedroom to the main living room. Bathroom is quite small and outdated however very tolerable. Communication with the owner was easy. This week I rented here was biker week in the area, got a little motor show in the garage area. Local activities are easy to travel to, not too far from here. Minor inconveniences about the stay is that loud housekeeping or roof cleaning occurred in the early morning one day. Pest control had tried *entering* the unit a day before my departure, even though it was nothing but to let them know that, it shouldn't have happened given the regular dates they come to the hotel, or perhaps an owner request? Thanks for the vacancy! Would recommend/stay here again

PROS: Resort is well layed out and easy access to everything especially the beach! Great Tiki Bar. Live music at times and chairs available unlike other resorts. And the pool stays open til 11 pm. Unusual!! Nice views and great location for amenities close by. CONS: Cleanliness!! Our feet were black after just a few hours of walking around the first night after check in. Sheets were clean, bathroom, counters and beds seemed clean but if the vinyl plank floor is very dirty (which is easily cleaned) how clean is upholstery, etc! I mopped the floor 6x’s thru-out our stay but still came up with black feet. The sheets and beds seemed clean but the comforters in the closet need a good wash as they smelled stale! When was the last time they were washed. The kitchen while looked clean but the coffee machine had leftover coffee and had not been cleaned. I cleaned and disinfected coffee maker before use. All renters are responsible for washing the dishes and appliances used. There is no dishwasher so cleanliness is subjective. I washed everything we would use beforehand. So, to sum it up the resort is great! This particular unit needs to be emptied, floors cleaned and sanitized, walls and trim painted. They could do so much more to organize and make it very user friendly to a condo that could essentially house 4 adults w/2 children or basically 5 adults. Just takes a little thought and vision. Has potential to be better with a little work!

The night before we left…getting there! I think. I should get my cleaning fee back!!
