Chris takes very good care of his modern and clean rental unit and goes all out to please his renters. I had a very pleasant stay there.

Great place to stay!

Needed a place for five days and this was perfect. Attended a family reunion the accommodations, location and all amenities included made my stay worth it. Very cozy, quiet friendly neighborhood. Will definitely return.

The “Perfect” Modern Guest Suite

We loved the “Modern Guest Suite”! We were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the beautiful decor of this VRBO. The space was thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The provided amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Our host Chris was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring our needs were met and making the entire experience seamless. The room it was very clean and smell good inside . It was kind little bit hard to find the property but we get it . The only think the tv didn't had local chanels. Rest all good . I highly recommend this property.

Chris has great communication with you!i normally don't write reviews. You can tell get put lots love into remodeling decorating to have the perfect place to stay. Very homey feel comfortable stocked with essentials coffee sugar. I def stay Again. Thanks for everything very happy i chose to stay here over a hotel room exceeded my expectations to not have hotel feel with people everywhere and to feel at home in secluded quiet room. Exactly what i needed and got ****** thanks Heather

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we love Lake Worth Beach and we chose to list it because it is the perfect size for a short term stay but not quite large enough for most people long term.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the only one in the area where the main structure is set back to the rear of the lot. Its nice to be able to drive in and back. Its very private. Although it is not fenced in there are large clusia hedges reaching almost 6ft around most of the property.
