Newer Townhome with top of the world views. The house is located a mile from the heart of Schweitzer Village. Gorgeous views of Schweitzer, Cabinet Mountains and the Ponderay Valley can be admired from every room’s large windows, and two large covered decks. There is nothing better than soaking your tired muscles in a private hot tub overlooking the mountain, while sipping on your beverage of choice. Our guests will find all the comforts of a house in a relaxing atmosphere.

The one car garage is heated, and has room to store all your gear. There are two additional parking spots on the driveway.

This townhome has 3 levels. The main living space consists of a powder room, kitchen, dining and living room. Gas fireplace that adds to the ambiance. Large deck off the main floor has natural gas bbq.

Kitchen is warm and inviting, and has all you need to make family meals. Large island seats 4 and the dining table seats 5.

The level below boasts 2 Bedrooms with deck access from both rooms to the hot tub on the spacious deck with great views to the ski slopes. The washer/Dryer is also located on this floor along with a full bathroom which includes a large walk-in shower with dual heads...

The lowest level has one bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. There is also a living/common area that has single over full size bunk bed and Hide-a-bed couch. There is also a 50" Smart TV located in this area. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower on this floor as well.

High speed internet, smart lock and security cameras (on the oustide) are on the premises. The whole house has radiant heating throughout.

The village offers several dining options, as well as gear rentals, and shopping. During summer season explore the mountain thru hiking, mountain biking and huckleberry picking. Winter offers endless options for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, fat tire biking, sledding, tubing, and snowshoeing. When you want a change of scenery, head 12 miles south to Sandpoint and get a taste of the vibrant shops, restaurants, and local attractions that make this city so special. Plus, Lake Pend Oreille awaits as well, for boating, swimming, fishing, and so much more!
