Unwind at our stunning 100 acre working cattle and horse ranch. You'll truly feel like you're in the country despite being 5 minutes from town. Whether you're passing through or staying awhile you'll feel like you have room to breathe.
Enjoy the ranches fresh eggs every morning and all the hotel like amenities WTR has to offer.
WTR is pet friendly too but there is an additional fee. Please mark traveling with pets before completing booking.
Only 57 miles from the majestic Crate Lake National Park , 30 miles from the the pristine water at Wood River and close to five of the most picturesque waterfalls Oregon has to offer.
Communal areas include Indoor basketball, pickleball, and cornhole.

This was the best place we’ve stayed BY FAR!!! The owners were amazing,friendly, & always available! Place was perfect for two couples & the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need when away from home. We will definitely be back soon & can’t wait!

My brother and I go on a multi-day, multi-state motorcycle trip every summer in honor of our late father, so I've been to a number of houses over the past few years. The Barndominium is hands down the best rental I've ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished and updated, with an eye for detail for their guests—a tablet with an app that gives details about the property as well as listings for great restaurants in the area and things to do, a jar of treats for some of the animals, snacks for the humans. The view out the kitchen window is a beautiful field filled with cows and Mt. Shasta peering in from a distance. Seriously, every part of the stay was on-point.Rebecca was great with returning messages in a timely manner, and I want to start every day for the rest of my life by petting goats and snuggling with Hazel and Cinnamon.

This was such a welcome treat after driving for 8.5 hours. The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond. They were friendly and helpful and there were many extra special touches. The place was clean and comfortable. Truly great stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! This was probably one of the cleanest vacation rental properties that I have stayed at.There were many thoughtful touches around the space. We loved getting to see the farm animals in the morning.It was a pleasant surprise to see some snacks and goodies for our pets when we arrived. And the custom tote to take home with us was super fun as well!10 out of 10 experience and would definitely come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Klamath Falls! The property was beautiful, and you could tell that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. From suggestions for things to do and a walking trail app to quality shampoo and conditioner in the shower, everything was there to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.The game room was also such a fun bonus. We especially loved the Pac-Man game because we grew up playing it, so that brought back some great memories and gave us a lot of laughs. The pool table was another favorite and made it a great space for everyone to hang out together.The property met every expectation, and the host was incredibly helpful in every way. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there, and it honestly beats staying in a hotel.And if you’re planning a wedding or special event in the Klamath Falls area, this is definitely a property worth checking out. Perfect Accomodations

Our stay at this property was perfect. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and the condo had everything we could have needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Klamath Falls.

The space is lovely and many and quality amenities. We had everything we needed to prepare a big meal together. We loved being away from the city with beautiful, majestic views. The horses were so fun to interact with, and the little donkeys loved attention. We hope to stay again on our yearly trip.

Willow Tree Ranch is Awesome!

Rebecca and Ken are amazing hosts! The ranch is out of the hustle just enough so you can enjoy the quiet and beauty, but still close enough to grab a bite and get a brew.The barndo was super clean, cozy and perfect for what we needed. Absolutely recommend if you enjoy kicking back on a porch with a drink and watching the sunset!

Really Great Atmosphere!!

We really enjoyed the experience at Willow Tree Ranch!! Our son enjoyed interacting with the chickens and the goats and the home itself was clean, well stocked, and laid out perfectly. We will be back!!

Hidden Gem

This stay was part of a 2 week roadtrip with my family and we all wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful property, breathtaking views, and the Barndo itself was stunning! So clean, comfortable, and looked like it was out of a magazine. The owners were SO NICE and accommodating! Hopefully we get a chance to come back!

A gem in Klamath Falls

What a lovely place! My friend and I stayed here four days to work, explore, and visit Crater Lake. We immediately felt right at home. The place was sparkling clean, beds super comfy, and all of the added amenities (fresh eggs, snacks) were so appreciated. The property was beautiful, and we loved visiting the friendly animals and meeting our thoughtful hosts. Can’t wait to return!

Nicest VRBO

This was by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Everything was new not hand me downs. Very quiet & lovely setting. It was across from a golf course so we could walk in the mornings. Farm fresh eggs every morning! We would definitely recommend.

Fun farm stay

My family of three stayed here for two nights while I attended a meeting at KCC. It was close to the college and very convenient. We enjoyed the views and farm atmosphere. Our daughter loved feeding the goats. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and the property felt very safe (I'd be comfortable staying there alone). The space was clean with many bonuses (snacks, a dog toy & bags, fresh eggs, etc.). The level of hospitality was exceptional and communication was quick and helpful! Our only concern about the property is the lack of bedroom windows, which we don't believe would meet the fire code.
