Traditional home (3 stories) with partial wrap around covered porch that sits on a half acre with an old fashioned Red Barn. The home features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One bedroom is a 10 x 30 attic bonus room with a queen bed all decorated for you with lots of room for little kids, teens, or additional family members or friends; there is extra bedding and 2 queen air mattresses for an additional 4 more people. A pack n play on property. Living room, formal dining room and family room with a brick and stone gas fireplace. Master bedroom has separate shower and a jetted tub with a little balcony to sit on and have coffee. The large kitchen features abundant counter space and pantry, eating bar that serves the family room. The piano and a guitar is for your use. Yard and paver patio is great for BBQ's; BBQ is natural gas supplied from house. A beautiful, peaceful rock garden with a pond and waterfall, and of course Koi and Goldfish enhance the outdoor atmosphere. 2 Corn Hole Boards are available. Bring other out door games for play on this large yard. All kinds of fruit trees too: beautifully landscaped. Covered kennel for dogs if needed. Lots of parking. Owner/caretaker may stay in 2nd floor barn studio, separate from the house. INTERNET is 200 speed with SPECTRUM

Even better than expected!

The house and grounds were beautiful. We were there for the Eagles and Wings airshow but wished we could have spent more time at the house it was so nice.
