Loved the location was close enough to the square to walk in with ease but in a quiet and friendly part of town, great for a night in watching movies on the huge screen with clear and easy instructions for use will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Loved the decor and general layout. Well appointed kitchen and fun to cook in. Hosts so nice and respond super quick. Beds super comfy, patio so cute with fire table. Great location and be sure and stop by the Crepe place nearby.

Great option

We stayed here over a Razorback football weekend because we had family gather but not everyone could stay at sons house. Was perfect for us and the weekend.

The only reason I gave this four stars was because I wanted to use the garage for my car. My car is 86.1 inches wide and thereā€™s no way I could put car in the garage. There are multiple garage spaces but the one assigned to this unit is narrower than all the rest. The rest are normal width. If you have a small car, youā€™re golden. Street parking was not a problem. The listing is accurate about the distance to the square where all the restaurants and stores are located. It is a 1/2 mile. The direct route does not have sidewalks available for a portion of the walk. It is quiet even though it is close to a multi lane street. The projection TV has four remotes and you need to use all of them. Thatā€™s crazy. We did figure it out because their instructions were good. But there is a large TV in the closet with a remote that we used instead of the projector TV. Much less finicky and a lot easier. We were grateful to have the option and used it. It was 5 star clean! We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the thorough feedback. The garage assigned to this unit is narrower than the others in the building, so a wider vehicle may not fit, and street parking nearby works well as a backup. Glad the walk to the square lived up to the listing, and that you found your way around the entertainment setup once the second TV came into play. Comfortable and comfortable extremely clean!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the townhome to be quite nice. Itā€™s was very clean. We appreciated that. The beds were comfortable. There were just two of us but it would definitely be a great option for two couples or a family of four.

Beautiful stay in Bentonville

This property was perfect for a quick get away. Clean and comfortable. Awesome location to be able to ride to some of the trails, and garage was perfect to store bikes in. We unfortunately had to leave after the first night so we did get to really enjoy it all, but the short time we spent was very comfortable!

This was a new modern condo that was perfect for two couples. Ten minute walk to downtown. The kitchen was well supplied with all the items that we needed. It has safe bike storage. I would rent it again.

This lovely new construction townhome in a quiet neighborhood is in walking distance to all things downtown Bā€™ville (Crystal Bridges, Compton Gardens, Walmart Museum and bike trails) as well as The Momentary. Super clean. Lots of light. Nicely furnished. Great kitchen. Stephanie was excellent to deal with. We will return!

Great house near downtown and Crystal Bridges

My husband and I stayed at the house for a few days to enjoy the area and work. House was super clean, well appointed, and had great style. Only a couple little issues which I'll mention but did not prevent us from having a good stay: the beds and pillows are sub-par, especially in a house that was top-quality otherwise. The block the house is on is transitioning - there was an abandoned house across the street and one with a limb that had fallen on it to the point where it was almost completely hidden. I probably would not stay again just because there are lots of options in Bentonville and my back needs a good bed but otherwise I would definitely recommend it.
