5 Star VRBO! The owners went above and beyond to welcome us with gift bags, cold drink and snacks. The bedding was luscious and we felt like we were staying inside of a movie set all weekend! It was excellent!
The home is beautiful and location could not be better. Just far enough away from downtown Phoenix and all the noises, but close enough to enjoy a fireworks show from Chase field. Mercado, really really close. And everything in the house is well thought out for any family staying there. Will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity in the future.

It was a neighborhood we weren't used to, but we quickly became comfortable in the home. There were thoughtful details throughout the house - like a welcome gift and art supplies. We loved the owners' art and design choices as well. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in Phoenix. Jeremy has a very clean and comfortable place. It’s so easy to get to from anywhere we went. I must say we had a small issue and Jeremy stepped up quickly and had things under control immediately. Would recommend this place to anyone

Thank you Joe, I really appreciate your kind words and you choosing The Frida for your stay. We look forward to having you back soon.
This house is perfect for all my needs. It's very quiet and has so much space. This is my second visit and I will be back again, and again to the same location. This time I was studying for finals and visiting colleges, so it was a perfect location to the downtown campus area. Not far from the airport.
Of course for my studying needs the best was the abundance of coffee at my fingertips. Either a coffee pot maker or Keurig machine was available. Beds are super comfy and internet is very robust.
This house is amazing 😍 it's located in a perfect area. Traveling from Virginia to Arizona this house gave me easy access to visit family in the area. I love the decorations and all of the art work throughout the house. We were greeted with welcome gifts which were so thoughtful.😊 The architecture of the house is amazing, the archway in the bedroom and livingroom are gems. My boys enjoyed the candy bar and painting supplies provided in the home . I appreciate the Daniels for everything they provided for my family and I. I'll be back very soon ☺️

Janiqua,
Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate you choosing our bungalow for your stay and look forward to having you back when the time comes.
The Frida was a wonderful place to stay! Hosts Jeremy and Ebony were so responsive and helpful. The Frida was beautifully decorated and equipped- so many little thoughtful extras. Great place for a family- we loved the backyard with corn hole, art, spike ball, fire pit and privacy. Inside there were treats, gift bags, comfortable blankets and pillows, great water pressure, games, books, music, fully equipped kitchen- they thought of everything. Grocery about 2 blocks away. Beds were so comfortable and linens perfect. We can’t say enough good things about our whole stay. We will definitely try to book again next time we are in Phoenix.

Thank you so much Molly, we look forward to your next stay with your family.
We enjoyed our stay at the property very much and hope to be back soon. So many details made us feel right at home! I LOVED all the Frida artwork. It was so sweet and generous to get a welcome bag! The beds were very comfortable, there was a television in each of the bedrooms and the living room. There was also a candy bar! Yes, I did say candy bar. Yum! They really thought of everything you might need.
The kitchen was well supplied with a coffee maker, and other essentials for making meals and keeping them in a full sized fridge. The wifi was lightning fast for all our Zoom and streaming calls. It's a creative haven.
We didn't get any neighboring noise or traffic at all. We just heard from the neighborhood cats and the birds chirping. Parking was convenient in the driveway. This is a must stay if you are in the area!

The Frida in Phoenix - Both Pros and Cons
Pros: Cozy space for 2 guests, photos accurate, nice arty touches.
Cons: Safety concerns in that smoke detectors alarmed intermittently in the night & owner apologized but did not investigate or address during our 2-night stay. Also, HVAC/thermostat malfunctioned throughout the stay - fan did not turn off when system was "off" making temperature regulation in the house difficult. Owner apologized when notified after first night, but did not address during the stay. Only one of two exterior doors has a deadbolt lock. Lastly, while VRBO states check-in details will be provided by owner 3 days in advance, The Frida details were not provided until ~19 hours before arrival.
While there are some pros to this property, would not choose to return in the future.
