Remodeled 3BR/2BA house in Central Phoenix with a backyard
House was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bath on one side of the house and a master suite with king bed and full bath on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51.
PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.
PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as a vacuum, mops and other cleaning supplies if you need them.

The house was very well taken care of very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay at this location again. What activities were about 15 minutes away, but the location was great and in a safe neighborhood.
We loved our stay here! It was centrally located to several shopping centers and downtown activities, but it was in a quiet neighborhood. Brian was quickly responsive to all my questions from booking to checkout. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with every appliance you could imagine: stand mixer, pressure cooker, toaster oven, etc. There is a covered patio out the back door and an enclosed backyard that had a fire pit and multiple dining sets for shared space with another rental. Best of all, this home was very clean and had lots of towels and linens. I would highly recommend.
Our stay was wonderful! The host provided information to get into the home and where to park in advance so it was easy to arrive and get situated after our travel day with kids. The home was clean and had way more amenities than other places we’ve stayed. It was stocked with dishes, soap, laundry items, toilet paper, and plenty of blanket/pillow options. We were very impressed with everything the home had to offer. We also liked that the TV’s were set up to automatically sign us out of streaming platforms the day of our check out.
Its a great place to stay. Inside very comfort. Has everything you need just bring your food and bags. Owner very nice.House was clean and cozy. I would rent again if i needed it.

This home was in a great location for us and well stocked with all the essentials. The owner was responsive and communicative. The backyard is quite large with space for our pup to be outside.
We loved this place. It was clean and quiet and location was by everything. Only a small suggestion but not necessary. Maybe invest in televisions in the other 2 rooms but other than that it was great.
Very clean, very comfortable, nice location. Enjoyed the stay very much. Brian was always ready to help with anything needed. Would for sure stay again.

VRBO's website is supposed to sync with the other STR online sites our property is listed and it did not and allowed this double booking. More ongoing issues with VRBO's website have occurred and they've been notified. We will now be going to a 3rd party STR software provider to manage our properties.
Excellent rental. Only problem was we could not get Kuerig to work.
Everything else was terrific!
