This fully furnished- charming brick cottage is the located two miles from downtown and two miles from 12th south, as well as walking distance to coffee shops and restaurant in Wedgewood Houston. You will get the local experience while being in the heart of Nashville! The home itself has a remodeled kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, large master suite, luxury furniture, and lots of storage in basement. Most importantly tons of charm! The home is only a 14+ rental. No short weekend allowed!
