It is couple steps from family dollar. There is a a free private parking and street parking. It is 10 minutes away from the beach. Wasn't what I expected, in a mixed review way

The place is nice but parking for this place is on the street and you may have to drive around the block a few times before you find a spot that you can find. The room was nice and the house was always clean, but you do stay with others in the house with you so you share the common areas. Communicating with the owner is easy and they love to get to know their tennants. The house rules are posted in the fridge which does include that you can't use it after 11pm. I would stay again now that know how the place is.
