The room itself was nice. Needs bigger beds in bedrooms 2 & 3 and needs smart TV’s in the bedrooms. Very dated TV’s. The check in process was very aggravating. We drive 15 hours and have always arrived early morning and have been able to use all condo amenities until check in time. Here you couldn’t access anything until you could get into your room. Couldn’t even park in the condo parking lot cuz there is no staff at the condos. This was rather strange for a high rise. The grounds were pretty but place doesn’t have much to offer compared to other high rise condos in the area. Nothing for kids except pool and beach. They did like the hot tub, but it was shut down after our first few days staying. The men’s room by the pool was closed for maintenance the entire time and when we asked about the hot tub being back open the security guard that was there about 30% of the time said they weren’t ever going to fix it it because they are tired of it breaking. The security guard was the only staff they have present. And the bracelets….first of all this place is locked down like no other, can even walk up from the beach without entering a code to get back on the property. Why in the world is that one security guard asking us about our bracelets and why even have them? It was really odd. And the best part you have to leave them or they charge you for them after your stay. Kinda gross and strange. We did make the best of it, just too much money for not getting much.

We absolutely love Spanish key !!! Favorite place !! But the couch and chairs in living room are in bad shape and stink !!! Couch smells like bad body odor and just worn out . Room is beautiful but needs new couch and chairs . Be back next year !!! Easy check in and great staff !!!!

Beautiful Condo!

This Spanish Key unit is just beautiful! It has been updated, and it is one of the best I have stayed in on the property. We will definitely revisit this location as it is close to everything you need! We rarely moved our car. The only thing I would change would be the lack of a closet in the master suite. The existing closet was locked, and there were a couple of temporary hanging racks set up on both sides of the bedroom. This can be easily addressed for future guests.

great condo complex, great unit for a family of 7-8

overall give a 9/10 on everything--this unit is UPDATED and truly gorgeous. tastefully decorated and spacious/well appointed....only cons---just a thought on doing an inventory on kitchen supplies/utensils (BBQ tools), more kitchen towels (should always have plenty), master bedroom needs better curtains or blackout layer added to the current curtains..also the curtains in main room--need a pulley bc they will get ruined otherwise with people pulling them back and forth, cushions on balcony chairs...
