Great modern condo located across from the beach & just 1 block from Locals Point. The condo is located on the 9th floor with great views of the beach and ocean. Fully equipped for you to enjoy your beach get away. 2 bedrooms with a/c, the master bedroom has a double bed with a private bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed - full size bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. The double beds have new good quality Resiflex mattresses

The entire living room area feels like a big balcony with the sliders opened. You can see and hear the ocean.

You will have private access to the entire apartment. There is also a pool on the 2nd floor which is accessible by all residents.

There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the 1st bedroom. You will have access to Netflix and Disney plus on both via a Roku device.
