The Ocean Villas: Book both of our Oceanfront Condos for the family! 2 Oceanfront condos, hosting 6 people each, for your party of 12.

Located ON the beach! These beautiful condo villas have a covered patio and balcony for you to enjoy salt air breezes day or night. Take in the scenery in the shade or enjoy the sun and waves on the beach. The beach is your backyard with your own direct access.

Professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. The main bedrooms have king beds with ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The guest rooms have and two twins, one with private bathroom access to the guest bathroom, and a smart TV. The living rooms each have a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchens come fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining tables are a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean.

Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in. Beach essentials are provided, so you pack your suit and sunscreen.

You won't want to leave once you get here. The Ocean Villas have everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.

Book these condo villas together here for up to 12 people or individually as Ocean Villa 1 and Ocean Villa 2 if you need space for up to 6 people. Each condo has: a main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen, and a queen sleeper sofa in Villa 2 and an air mattress in Villa 1.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) Due to this being a condo and our consideration for the neighbors, dogs that have a tendency to bark are not permitted. Excessive barking will result in eviction. There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
NO excessive barking.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, all can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
