With space for up to 12 guests, this home blends refined comfort with resort-style amenities—all just minutes from Jacksonville Beach, the Pier, top dining, and everyday conveniences.

Inside, you`ll find three king bedrooms, including two private en-suite baths, plus a queen room and a dedicated bunk room with two bunk sets (queen over queen & twin xl over twin xl) that kids and families love. That`s 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths & 2 half baths! There are thoughtfully appointed touches, plush linens, and smart TVs in every room to create a comfortable stay for groups of all kinds.

The chef-inspired kitchen comes fully stocked with every appliance, utensil, and cooking essential needed to host—from morning coffee at the island to sunset dinners at the dining table. The Terrace Royale offers a rare blend of location, luxury, and livability—perfect for family vacations, golf trips, corporate retreats, or simply unwinding by the pool in your own private coastal oasis.

Guests will have access to the entire home, minus 2 small owners closets. Our home is yours, enjoy every feature we have to offer!

For the protection of our home and the community, all guests are required to complete a third-party verification process through Truvi. This includes a secure ID check and background screening. This must be completed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

Check-out is always 10:00AM on your departure day. Any late departure will incur a fee of $200 per hour past that time.

Requesting use of the pool heater will incur a fee of $50/day or $250/week.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any detection of smoking or vaping will result in a professional remediation fee (covered by our damage protection) and immediate eviction

Please be respectful of noise, this is a residential neighborhood.

Please swim at your own risk, no diving, and children under 16 years old should be supervised at all times when outside.

Please use the exercise equipment at your own risk.
