Great location. Well kept. The only issue I would say is the noise level between floors. We were on the lower floor and you get some noise from the upper floor.

Unit was as described. There was a slight odor you'd notice when first entering, but it wasn't bad and the unit was clean. The communication was friendly but clearly from a company and not an individual owner that was intimately familiar with the unit. We enjoyed our stay and the location being right in town was nice. I would consider staying here again if coming to JH.

We had a great stay! Location is amazing to the town square area. Our family loved leaving the apartment and being able to take a walk into town. The Outpost crew was always very responsive. We rented baby gear through them, but one of the items was originally missing. We reached out and they delivered it within an hour even though I said we didn't need it for a day or two. The apartment was bigger then we thought and was plenty of room for our family of 5. We definitely recommend!! The drive to the Grand Teton is only about 20-25 minutes and was very easy. We had an amazing vacation. Thank you!

We loved staying in the heart of Jackson at The Outpost! It was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and easy parking and check-in. Great value for the location. We walked to the main square dining and shopping, ate at Snake River Brewery twice, bc it was so good, and had a quick drive to the Tetons. We even saw a pair of newborn moose and their mama on the hills along the highway. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful trip in Jackson Hole WY. The Out Post Town Square Lodge was perfect for our accomodations. It had all the amenities you would need. The staff was prompt with answering our questions. We were close to the airport and we had on site parking. We were able to walk to the park, stores, restaurants and many galleries. We had a Great trip and will have many memories to share with our family and friends. The people in Jackson Hole are super friendly.

Comfortable beds and pillows. We needed some more outlets near the bed for CPAP machines, iPhones and hearing aides that all need charged. There was a lot of noise above us, they did provide sound machines by the beds which helped but again only so many outlets.

This is a great place for a ski holiday. It was neat, clean, roomie and had the basics for cooking. The flooring wasn't fussy so you could sit on a dinning room chair and put your ski boots on without worrying about hurting the floor. The shuttle to the ski area is 2 blocks away and ran every 20 minutes. Walking to town for shopping and dinner was easy. Great place!

The accomodations were as advertised. We were all happy with our stay. The room was comfortable and the location is perfect. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the sofa needs to be replaced.

Nicely located and convenient

This two bedroom kitchen option is perfect as a base for trips into the Grand Tetons and near city center for souvenir shopping. Everything is functional and the listing is accurate but the accompdations are a bit dated.

Convenient location

Great location close to everything but far enough from the main strip to not notice the traffic of town. Could use a little updating bathroom and kitchen wise as well as some structural sound proofing between upper and lower units as we could hear every single sound the people above us made.

The unit was clean but dated. The dishwasher made so much noise. The kitchen light bulbs were out. I had a lower unit and could hear every footstep and voices in the upper unit. It was a problem as hard to sleep with the creaking floors from the upper unit. Was woken between 4:00-5:00 am every morning from the creaking floors above. Contacted The Outpost about it and they did nothing. We left 2 days early due to the noise from the upper unit. It was really a waste of my money. There is a sitting area in the back yard but the grass was not mowed. I would not stay there again. I felt ignored by The Outpost.

Hi Tammy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We apologize for the issues with the dishwasher and kitchen light bulbs. Our team was not aware of these concerns during your stay, but had we known, we would have been happy to stop by and address them during your stay. We’re very sorry for the noise transfer from the upstairs unit and understand how disruptive this was. This is an older building, and the insulation doesn’t dampen sound as much as we’d like, so some noise transfer is unfortunately inherent in these multi-level properties. White noise machines are also provided in each bedroom to help minimize the impact of sound transfer. We also apologize if you did not feel we responded appropriately to your concerns. We responded promptly to each message we received and also reached out to the guests above to remind them of our quiet hours. We understand that these efforts did not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, and we’re sorry for the impact it had on your stay. Additionally, we are sorry that the backyard grass was not properly maintained during your visit. This space has since been addressed and is now properly cared for. We regret that these issues impacted your stay, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and overall guest experience. The Outpost Crew
