The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. Uptown Westerville is a 10-12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors.
Guests are assigned one parking space. If additional parking is needed there is plenty of extra parking along Crescent Drive and Electric Ave. There is also a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.
This is a unit nestled among other units in an older building (built in 1960). It has all of its old charm but also the aspects of being an apartment which includes the possibility of potential noise from neighbors.

Our host was so easy to work with and very helpful throughout the booking process. The apartment was very cute and clean and perfect for our weekend stay!
Very clean. Quiet apartment. Great location. We were biking the Ohio to Erie trail and this was a nice stop right by the trail and could walk to the cute downtown district.
I have stayed here twice. This is a really nice place. Close to shopping, restaurants. Close to the 270, so easy to get to the Zoo or anywhere near Columbus. Again very nice.
We liked the place a lot. It was quiet and near a lot of fun things in the area. It was nice to explore and then have a clean place to kick back and relax.
We loved our stay at this property. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the apartment was cozy and welcoming. Definitely coming back on our next visit to see family!
Great place to stay for a girls shopping trip. Place was clean and nice. We did hear the neighbors, but that was stated in the description as a possibility. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great from the welcoming email to checking out. We had stayed there this past July and it was great, also. There were a few minor added amenities since July and they were greatly appreciated. Very nice acidosis and very affordable.
This was our first experience with a Vrbo rental. It was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants and stores. Close to our family. Close to major highways.
Your place was wonderful. Right in the middle of everything. The bed, being the most important part of a trip, was so soft and cozy. Thank you for having a great place to stay!
This was an adorable rental in a prime location. You are within walking distance of everything downtown. Beautiful city. Owner was very helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!
