Not as described

I rented this place for 2 1/2 months and lasted 2 hours at the place. The pictures definitely did not depict the place as it was in reality. We found a cockroach in the bedroom, the windows were sealed shut, the backdoor didn't work, the screen door to the backyard was off the rails, the pool had worms in it, the kitchen lacked a trash can, the place was filthy even after I paid my housekeeper and her assistant to clean it for 6 hours. When I contacted the manager via VRBO her husband told me to leave and that is what we did. He said he oversaw the renovations himself...which renovations? And this wasn't a cheap place. I paid over 18k for this. Luckily, because it was in deplorable condition and because he suggested we leave, we got our money back. Do not stay here.
