Sleeps 8 in beds. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . (1st ) bedroom King bed in master bedroom with private bathroom and 65 inch tv. (2) bedroom Queen bed with full bathroom . (3) bedroom has 2 twin beds(or king size) with full bathroom shared between bedroom 2 and 3. (4) bedroom 1 full size bed and twin size bed great for children. Great for families . We also have a portable crib and 3 additional folding beds for play or sleep . Great location 20-30 minutes to all the wonderful areas vacationers would like to visit in Los Angeles to explore Hollywood Blvd, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain,Malibu beaches, Disneyland, West Hollywood, the Grove, Sunset Blvd,downtown Los Angeles, Crypto Currency Arena Center, Melrose. 3 minutes to Ventura Blvd. shopping Westfield Topanga Village Mall and has entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target all very close by Golfing nearby. Great for families or large group of friends. Swimming pool, outdoor barbecue. Very private and safe neighborhood. Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Los Angeles. This adorable property features 4 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, twin, and full beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy a walk in the beautiful hills safe neighborhood to walk during day or night . Enjoy the pleasant living space, complete with AC, WiFi, and a washing machine for convenience. The house was clean and the communication with host was great. Our family of 8 was very comfortable in the home. Best part was the pool, according to the grandkids.

Cleanliness I have sent the photos to the correct department. Spiders bugs roaches and inches of dirtLack of accountability and communication.On arrival I don’t know who the lady was but she was associated with the property. She was fighting with the neighbors there were 8 LAPD cars there. We were not able to get into the house until 6pm.

This review does not accurately reflect what occurred during this reservation. No concerns regarding cleanliness, pests, access, or safety were reported to us at any point during the stay, despite our availability and proactive communication. The home was professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and check-in access was provided as scheduled. During the reservation, the guest violated multiple house rules, which are clearly disclosed on our listing and enforced in accordance with Vrbo policies. These violations included hosting unauthorized guests, holding an unauthorized gathering, bringing outside furniture into the home, moving existing furnishings without permission, and accessing areas not included in the listing. The guest requested late-night use of the spa between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., which prompted us to reiterate that parties and gatherings are not permitted. Despite this communication, the above rule violations occurred. The guest checked out approximately three hours past the scheduled checkout time, causing our cleaning staff to wait on site, failed to return the house keys, and left the property requiring additional cleaning due to items such as confetti and displaced furniture. Property damage occurred during the stay and was documented and addressed through the platform. Photos included in the review reflect non-guest areas or conditions created after check-in and do not represent the condition of the home upon arrival. Allegations regarding neighbors or police activity are unrelated to the accommodation itself and outside the host’s control. We welcome respectful guests who follow house rules and communicate during their stay. Guests who do so consistently have positive experiences with us.

The manager was very responsive to us during our entire stay. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean when we arrived. There was hair in the shower drains along with other unclean areas. The house only had 5 bath towels when we arrived for the 8 guests that we had. The manager had some delivered the next morning though. Overall, there is potential for the house, but it needs good deep cleaning regularly and some upkeep to some areas to make it great.

The house was fully cleaned prior to your stay . Only issue you had was about not having enough towels which you were offered to purchase them and we would reimburse you if it was urgent . You did not find an urgency to go purchase them so we had them delivered . You said everything else was great during your stay .

Not luxury. Except for hot tub. Very unclean-everything stained, tattered, broken, moldy, hair everywhere, sticky cabinets, no working bedroom lights first night, found live cricket in my son's bed and others around the house.Bring your own security system as back door didn't lock. Owner will say that they were very receptive and proactive. And they did write back to me in a timely fashion. But they didn't seem to understand that being proactive means that things are fixed and checked before we enter the house, like unlockable back doors.If you want to stay in the hot tub the whole time, this house is for you. But if you want to shower in a clean shower, open clean kitchen drawers and sit on clean chairs, sleep with unstained sheets and have a back door that locks, it isn't.

The house was clean prior to guest arrival. No cleanliness issues were reported during the stay. If true the guest would have informed me and I could rectify. She did not. The back door locks and has a functioning locking mechanism. When the guest reported an electrical issue, I informed her that I would send an electrician. She insisted that no one be sent. I informed her he would only check outside panel only. I sent the electrician anyway to ensure safety, and the issue was resolved within approximately 15 minutes by resetting a tripped breaker. All complaints were raised only after checkout, along with a refund request. The pool is not heated and this is clearly disclosed. The guest booked during cold weather and later stated she would have chosen a cheaper property if the pool could not be heated. This is not grounds for a refund.

The pool and patio were wonderful. The house is gorgeous. Beds were a little rough but hot tub helps with that. We did have to clean kitchen counters that are beautiful but apparently hides food and dirt well enough for the cleaner not to see. Unfortunately they have an ant infestation and we lost all the food that was not in the refrigerator. The host did mention to be sure not to leave food out on the countertop overnight. We put it in the cupboard and tried to seal up best we could but still found hundreds of ants the same day later that afternoon. The host was quick to respond to texts. I would say as long as you don’t plan on having any meals or food that is not in the refrigerator this is the perfect house.
