Private and quiet condo in the heart of Naples. The complex offers resort amenities: heated pool, pickleball, tennis, racquet ball, basketball, fitness center and onsite restaurant. Park shore is only 1.2 miles to the beach and fantastic shopping and restaurants in close proximity as well. This unit is different from the "resort" units as it comes with washer/dryer, beach towels, games, beach reads and basic spices. It is on the 2nd floor.

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom Florida condo! The space was large, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was warm—perfect for relaxing.There was plenty of beach gear available, which was a huge bonus and made our beach days easy and fun. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing—but overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

The grounds and pool are the best part of this resort. As the owner stated”it is a vacation rental and not a hotel.” Yet it was like no other rental we had stayed in the past. The unit required sweeping. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a two week stay; exaple, there was no baking dish, only 5 unmatched glasses and, 5 coffee cups, etc. bath towels had seen better days!Bring EVERYTHING you need if you are staying longer than a few nights.

Quiet location.....no hot sun on lanai which was wonderful and a peaceful view watching the activities of many pretty birds sitting in a large banyan tree in front of the lanai. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, dishes etc but short of the usual standard necessities such as dishwasher detergent, regular blend of coffee pods..(.not dark magic ) that are usually supplied for at least the first couple of days. Unfortunately the floors including the lanai floor had not been cleaned of sticky black marks that a previous guest managed to track all through the condo on their shoes, lanai furniture and floor had not been wiped down and the glass dining table still had many finger marks and smears (top and bottom) from previous guests eating at the table. Other than those cleaning issues, the beds were very clean, comfy and lots of extra linens, beach chairs and towels for a long stay. There is a quiet stacked washer and dryer (detergent is supplied) in the unit for added convenience. The resort is very well run and the landscaping and decorative gardens and ponds are exceptional throughout. The pool is pristine and lots of quality deck chairs available to the guests. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Joyce’s communication during check in was timely and accommodating. The location of our stay was close to restaurants and shopping. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but we were super close and able to visit the beach. We did appreciate the laundry facilities and parking was ample. Our boys were in town for a lacrosse tournament and they did get to use the hand ball court for some wall ball practice. We hope to come back next year. Thanks so much!

Nice unit, clean. Host communicates/responds quickly. Would have been helpful to know that detergent pods,TP, etc etc are only”starter” amounts till you have time to shop. I guess I’ve never stayed long enough in the past to run out. I would have brought a few w me. But if you’re expected to start a load of towels prior to check out, then you need to have detergent to do so.

Perfect location-close to shopping, public beaches and dining. Joyce communicated promptly. The condo was VERY clean and having a washer and dryer in unit was wonderful. Very tropical, peaceful area and resort. Will definitely stay here again

Sunshine and pickleball

The room and resort were wonderful! Even though the weather was cooler than usual, we could swim in the heated pool and play pickleball every day with a very friendly, welcoming group!

Park Shore Resort

We have been coming here since 2013. This was the first time we didn’t rent through the front desk. The unit was perfect! Very clean. Some of the nice things that they offered that we were not used to are: a washer and dryer, a cooler, some chairs, and some other items. Communication was great! We will be back. For those of you that don’t know about this resort, it is in a great location west of Route 41. It is a long walk or a short bike ride to the beach. Great value!

Great place to stay!

Condo was nice and stocked with supplies. We did not cook during our stay so it was no big deal that the dishwasher was broken and owners measured to replace it. Refrigerator door shelf was broken. The pool was lovely but the hot tub / spa was closed. Property was nice and peaceful.
