  • Wonderful location and accommodations!

"My family loved this vacation! The location to Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz Carlton (Gumbo Limbo), and the Beach Box was terrific! The home was adorable (definitely the cutest home on the street) and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely perfect for our family. The shallow sundeck area was great for our infant to sit and splash around while our 3 year old loved jumping in the deep end. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Kristy was very quick to respond when we had a question (which was only twice because everything is laid out wonderfully). We love this home. It's a little gem just steps from my favorite beach, in one of my favorite towns."

  • Wonderful Retreat!

"What a perfect property for a vacation in Naples. This house is ideal for a family or even two couples and a couple of kids. The home is beautifully furnished, very well equipped and is really a home away from home. We enjoyed the location of this house - you are surrounded by beaches and have some of the best in the area very close by. The National Park, just a few minutes drive from the house is a favorite, with white sand beach and amazing sunset views. You are also almost half way between Old Naples with shopping and restaurants etc and Fort Meyers with miles of beach. In the evening this house is very comfortable to hang out in, and has a good kitchen area with everything you need. We enjoyed buying locally caught fish to cook, and also venturing out to some of the great local restaurants. Importantly, the Wifi at the house is good. Sadly most vacation times require a quick check in with work, and this was easy with the wifi provided - also my kids appreciated it! The other important note is that the house was spotlessly clean! Whoever takes care of this house does an amazing job, which makes arrival and check in great. Thank you Tim and Mark for sharing your house with us, we had a great time and would love to return one day."

  • Wonderful house that has everything!

"I used to live in Naples so I was hesitant about renting in Naples Park since some houses are hit or miss in there. However, this house was WONDERFUL and neighbors were quiet. The house itself was a great size for my husband and I, my infant daughter and my mom. It had everything to make our stay easy and a great experience, particularly for my 10 month old daughter. I hardly had to bring half of what I brought for her! It seriously felt like home for 6 days and wish we stayed longer. The pool was also a great feature since there were times we didn't want to bring all the stuff to the beach. We ate breakfast on the patio and just relaxed. As for someone who doesn't know the area, it's within close distance to pretty much everything. Very central which is why I like North Naples. We went to Delnor Wiggins Beach which is my FAVORITE beach to go to and it's super quiet. We also went up to Barefoot Beach which is beautiful and the house is also close to The Ritz and Vanderbil Beach although it has gotten so overcrowded lately that I didn't like it there. Anyway, we'd rent again in a heartbeat next year if it's just the 4 of us again. Roman was a pleasure to work with as well. The only thing I would point out to anyone staying there in the next few months is to ask about the construction next door. There is a dumpster out front and they started doing some renovations while we were there, but I will point out that we didn't hear anything. It was just an observation."

  • Vacation Oasis

"We had an incredible time/stay at this beautiful oasis in Naples! The moment you pull in the drive you realize this house is different. A tranquil fountain greets you! A gorgeous simple, but plenty house takes care of you through out your stay. We enjoyed the lush greenery surrounding the house our toddler and teenager loved there surroundings. Plenty of room to play for both, in their vastly different demands😀򐀮 This house is close to shopping, grocery (Publix and Whole Foods), bike rental (Trek, 2 blocks away!), bike trails, the beach, restaurants (no need for Uber you can just walk!) We rented a car and bikes and definitely used the bikes more! Having laundry on site was wonderful! Spending the day at the beach was a breeze with the beach chairs and towels available. Enjoying a charcoal grilled family meal (eating, not cooking) in the screened in, outside patio was priceless. Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed our stay!!!"
