  • Wonderful Stay

"Very nice house in a quiet location, yet just a few blocks from the beach. We loved the backyard grill, the outdoor/indoor reading area and the availability of grocery stores with very nice places to eat out nearby as well. There were public tennis courts about four blocks away with two stores to rent bikes also within walking distance. Gary provided great service and had the house all ready upon our late arrival Christmas Eve. There was a fun place to get breakfast on the walk to the beach and because the walk was easy, it was easy to spend as much time at the beach as you wanted; go do something else; and then return in the evening for the wonderful sunsets. The location is great because you don't have to deal with public parking issues. My wife and I stayed a week while two of our adult "kids" also showed up for a couple of days. We had a very nice time."

  • Wonderful Home!

"We were looking for a house to rent to attend a destination wedding, and we found the perfect place! There is plenty of space and the home is immaculate. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need - from towels to appliances. The extra touches like the bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc were a big hit and came in handy for quick trips to the beach. Close to everything - groceries, shopping, restaurants and the beach! All at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for making it a memorable trip."

  • Vacation Oasis

"We had an incredible time/stay at this beautiful oasis in Naples! The moment you pull in the drive you realize this house is different. A tranquil fountain greets you! A gorgeous simple, but plenty house takes care of you through out your stay. We enjoyed the lush greenery surrounding the house our toddler and teenager loved there surroundings. Plenty of room to play for both, in their vastly different demands😀򐀮 This house is close to shopping, grocery (Publix and Whole Foods), bike rental (Trek, 2 blocks away!), bike trails, the beach, restaurants (no need for Uber you can just walk!) We rented a car and bikes and definitely used the bikes more! Having laundry on site was wonderful! Spending the day at the beach was a breeze with the beach chairs and towels available. Enjoying a charcoal grilled family meal (eating, not cooking) in the screened in, outside patio was priceless. Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed our stay!!!"

  • Pleasant stay at well located home with excellent hosts

"We were overall very pleased with our stay. About a 15-20 minute drive to central Naples. Walk to Delnor Wiggins beach was actually 20 minutes minimum, a few minutes more to Vanderbilt Beach. A 5 minute drive, and we enjoyed having the free parking pass at DW state park beach. We preferred Delnor Wiggins, since less crowded and backed by scrubby vegetation rather than high rise condos, than Vanderbilt Beach. DW beach is shallower, however. The house is fairly well appointed. Kitchen has newish basic appliances which work well, though the dishwasher is NOISY. The three bedrooms are fairly well sized. The mattresses are disappointing. Lower end, but were adequate for 3 of 5 of us. The sheets and pillows could be upgraded also. Keep in mind that the home is a good value for its location. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet."
