Pine Perch looks bigger in the photographs but it is a very comfortable and well equipped house. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this house to others. Even though it is on the main road, the road noise is minimal, especially at night. It is close to town and other attractions. Devon responded quickly when we had a problem with the lock and the issue was quickly resolved. Check out was uncomplicated as was the reservation process. We would definitely return to Pine Perch again.

Would stay here again!

The home was extremely clean and well stocked. My partner, dog, and two friends stayed there very comfortably. We loved the views of the lake and hearing the loons at night. It is very close by to downtown Rangeley and Rangeley Lake State Park but is also in a secluded neighborhood which is great! We all had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Skiing

This is a great camp with a pretty view of the lake, close to town and saddleback and easy to find and get to. The camp is well stocked and set up. We have stayed here twice and would do so again

Cozy Home Base

Watching the lake change color almost hourly was so lovely! Gated decks meant our dog could enjoy the outdoors without worry. Devon was super responsive and check in was easy. Pine Perch is adorable. We will be back!

Ski vacation at Pine Tree Perch

The Pine Tree Perch was perfect for our ski getaway! The cottage is beautifully renovated, immaculately cared for with decor that adds to the Mane cottage experience in every room. The view over the snow covered lake at sunset was spectacular. Just minutes from the ski mountain, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Pine tree perch

We had a wonderful time. The camp is close to town and saddleback, it was very cozy with a convenient gas stove for ambiance. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay

Cozy Maine Cabin

This was such a cute cabin with all the nice touches of cozy cabin decor. Very clean, had everything we needed and more! The host really thought of everything right down to the doggy bowls and extra chargers. Super close to Saddleback made our ski days easy. Absolutely LOVED our stay. Thank you Pine Tree Perch!

Winter break ski trip

This is our second year staying at the Pine Tree Perch in Rangeley. Devon is very attentive to details with nice little touches around the house that make it homey. It’s perfect for a family of 4 and so easy to get to Saddleback Mountain! We love staying here and are looking forward to another trip next year!

Elegant rustic Maine

Pine Tree Perch is a hidden gem! The space is fully renovated but feels sophisticatedly rustic with a white, clean, modern vibe and touches of barn wood and camp feel! The views of the lake cannot be beat and the host is attentive to detail even providing sound machines in each bedroom and lighting with remote control convenience! This is a great place to unwind and explore all that Rangeley area has to offer.

Everything was great for our stay, although it would have been nice for the snowy and icy driveway to have been plowed the morning of our departure.

Perfect All-Season Get-away

We had a picture perfect stay at the Pine Tree Perch for a fall wedding in Rangeley. It was a beautiful place to gather with friends, the views of the lake were stunning. Their place was very well appointed and everything we needed to feel right at home. Location can’t be beat- less than 5 minutes from downtown rangeley, less than 20 minutes from saddleback. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Best Stay Ever in Rangeley!

We loved our stay here! This was our fourth visit to Rangeley and we found a true gem. It was after sunset when we checked in and we were awoken by a beautiful view of the lake. Not only was the sunrise gorgeous, but the sunset too. The kitchen is adorable and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace, watching the snow fall, and watching Christmas movies! We can't wait to come back.

One of a Kind

We had the most relaxing stay. Devon went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The house is very clean with a fabulous view of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for hiking and exploring the Rangeley area. Devon was very responsive with communication. Our family will def stay here again when we are in the area.

MLK Ski Weekend

Very sweet, newly updated cozy place to stay. Beautiful view over the lake, short drive to Saddleback. The cabin is well winterized. Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Beds comfy (memory foam). Easy and fast communication with host.

Weekend Getaway and Celebration

Devon has a gem in this cabin! It was perfect for my husband and I along with our son and his girlfriend for a weekend in Western Maine. Great location and while there was no direct lake access, the provided park pass was a wonderful amenity. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Devon was very responsive.

An Amazing Snowy Weekend At Rangely

Wow! This cabin on the lake is beautiful. It was the perfect place to stay with easy access to Saddleback even in the middle of the biggest snow storm of the season! The owners are great and had the plow clear the drive way while we were out so we wouldn't get snowed in. Super clean, nice and cozy, and had everything we needed. I plan on coming back in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Opening Weekend at Saddleback!

Had an amazing time skiing opening weekend at Saddleback! It was super close to the mountain and even closer to town. Super convenient for going out to eat after skiing or for lunch. The whole house is very clean and looks like it was recently remodeled! Overall an amazing stay and I can’t wait to stay here again when I go to Saddleback!!

Amazing ski trip

Pinetree Perch was the perfect place to get away for a family ski trip. It is in a beautiful location, right on Rangeley lake where we could watch the sunset over the lake while we sat be the fire and it’s only 15 min from Saddleback Ski resort. This would be a perfect spot to come enjoy the summer too. The house was super clean with all the luxuries of home. Devon was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We can’t wait to come back next winter!

Week in paradise

My friend and I work too hard, and we needed a great week away. Pine Tree Perch provided the perfect place to get away and more! Devon has created a comfy hideaway with all the amenities you need! Every morning we had our coffee while enjoying the lake view. We grilled fabulous dinners despite a few rainy days. We are rejuvenated! We only wish we could stay longer. We will definitely book again!

Saddleback weekend get away

Devon was a great host! She was very pleasant and a great communicator during our trip. The house was so cute and cozy especially after a long day at the mountain. Everything was organized and instructions were in a nice little pamphlet including great recommendations of where to eat. We were able to bring our well behaved golden retriever which was an added bonus! Already missing the views of the sunrises and sunsets on the lake! Thank you for a great stay!
