Perfect little suite in a charming neighborhood

Stayed here with my wife and two small children for a few nights and was quite happy with the accomodations and the hosts. It's a small space, but the bed is comfortable and it has a full kitchen. Perfect for us. Host was very responsive and available. Definitely recommend.

Absolute Gem 💎

Cozy, comfortable & convenient! Decor is absolutely adorable (has a bit of a B52s "Love Shack" feel to it -- gotta love it!) Retro cute, spacious, and has all the amenities that make a vacation more comfortable than just a hotel room. Stunning mountain view right outside the door, nice parking pad for guests and a private entrance that makes it easy to come & go without disturbing anyone. Cute neighborhood & super convenient to get to all SLC has to offer. Bed is super comfortable like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. Thanks for a great stay -- hope to visit SLC again & would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting!

A comfortable, good sized room that is well kempt, chalk full of accommodations and conveniences, has a dedicated parking spot, is right next to a non-busy park, and is run by people that are unbelievably kind. Any single need that we had was met with what the rental had to offer. There was extra stock of everything, and nothing felt like there was the bare minimum of; you have more than you could need. This included kitchen cookware/utensils, laundry washing, shower supplies, free internet, etc. Note that there is a train that runs by, including at night, (which is honestly not a bother at all even without any sound reduction, and that's coming from a light sleeper), however even for this, they provide to you accommodations such as ear plugs and a sleep noise machine to negate any issue with it. The owners are extremely polite and accommodating. We had some complications on our arrival time where we were going to be late, but despite that, they were understanding and gave us extra time to check in despite our own inconvenience to them. All of this, and for an amazing price to boot. I cannot recommend this rental enough, the value, reliability, and personability of the owners is unbelievable.
