Stay in the center of it all in Downtown Salt Lake City—and when you’re ready to trade city lights for mountain views, you’re perfectly positioned for adventure.

Walk to SLC’s top restaurants, lively bars, cozy coffee shops, and local bakeries or catch a concert or big game nearby without needing a car.

World-class hiking, rock climbing, and some of the best skiing in the country are all just a short drive away—making it easy to do both: downtown fun and outdoor escape.

This private apt has a large open floor plan, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. One queen bed and one queen sized pull out couch. It is ideal for couples, small families, and business travelers. The apt is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building.

There is a free, secure parking space on the property.

The best characteristic of this apartment is its location. Within walking distance of many great restaurants/bars, the convention center, the Delta Center, and more. Plus have the ability to escape the city with a quick drive (20-40 min) to world class hiking, climbing, and skiing.

The kitchen was stocked with all I needed to make and serveThanksgiving dinner for 8 and Andrew, the owner was very responsive and gracious. I might add, the bed is incredibly comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed here for a conference at the convention center. It is nice to have the extra space and it has a great location that is within walking distance to most of downtown. The building has a lot of character, and the condo is a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

My wife and I grew up in the Midwest. We moved to Utah to go to the U of U and fell in love with the proximity of SLC to the mountains. We ski, bike, hike, and climb as much as we can with our 3 boys.

Why they chose this property

Everything is in walking distance! NBA, NHL, or major concert? 5 min away at the Delta center. World class dining? 10 minutes to Takashi (Sushi) or Valter’s Osteria (Italian). Awesome bakery? Across the streets at Vosen’s or around the corner Carlucci’s.

What makes this property unique

The building was built in 1918, it was used as a toy factory then a warehouse until it was converted into condos in 1998. Exposed brick and large wood pillars bring charm for another era while being at the footsteps of all that Utah has to offer.
