Billy's Resort -Men only-Clothing optional-Triad Bungalow

Billy's Resort is an all-male (no exceptions), clothing optional resort that caters to gay men. The property has a gorgeous saltwater pool with hot tub.



The common area includes a living room with a couch/television and a full kitchen with a 4-person table.



If your dates are showing unavailable, please send me a text. I may be able to accommodate you.



Day passes are available for $15 per day from 11a-5p.



I reserve the right to make room changes for reservations if necessary. We do not offer daily housekeeping. Extra towels and toiletries available upon request.

Pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Outside area was private and relaxing. Host was respectful and communicated promptly. Recommended to my friends where to stay when they visit the area. Circuit rides were awesome to/from the property.

Room was nicer than I expected. Pool area and common area was great. Location makes it easy to access the local area. Definitely would return.

Excellent

The stay was amazing, the room is very clean and the accommodations couldn’t be better with a pool and hot tub and kitchen with everything we needed. The room was large enough and comfy bed. Is also very close to the Wilton manors drive with all the stores bars and clubs and great food spots. Billy is very nice and his dogs are cute too, and we got to know other guests too. Definitely recommend this place!

Relaxing oasis

Billy’s property lived up to my expectations based on the description and pictures. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub added to my experience of fun in the sun. I look forward to returning again soon.

Thumbs Up All The Way

Was originally booked for the Triad Bungalow, but Billy moved me over to the Beach Bungalow. To be honest, I'm very happy with where I was placed. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate, and the floor to ceiling shower was exhilarating. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and would stay here again and again and again.

I'm located in an excellent upscale residential neighborhood which is about 60% gay. Very dog and people friendly. Very safe to take a long stroll and see all the beautifully landscaped properties which sell for upwards of $1M.

I've created a perfect setting for those who come to relax and be themselves. 2 gorgeous duplexes side by side heavily landscaped with a Tropical Flair.
