Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used bedding in each room. Leave used towels in the bath tub shower area of each bath
Leave keys in the key bowl on top of the chest by the thermostat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must pay $150 background check to the Condo Association.

The owner of this property was absolutely amazing. the condo was incredible and fully fulfilled every word of the listing. It is close to absolutely everything.I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone considering going to Naples or any of it surrounding areas.
