Nestled in the Gated community of West Village Montego Bay, this 2 bedroom, 2 .5 bath is kids friendly. This is a 2-floor unit that is great for overnight stays & vacations, complete with a full-service kitchen, living & dining room area. This unit is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator/ stove, AC Condition units in living room, WiFI Access, and TV Streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube).
The master bedroom opens to a patio, with a full view of the complex. It is well equipped with modern furnishings, air-conditioned unit, and hot-& cold water; while the second bedroom has a ceiling fan (No Ac unit in second bedroom) with all modern furnishings.
We offer complimentary toiletries to all our guests.

This unit is located approximately a 5 minutes drive from a shopping complex that houses, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and commercial banks.
It is also 10 minutes from scenic beaches & souvenir shops, along with the entertainment that our "Hip Strip offers.

Good, but potential for improvement

The property is located in a gated community therefore we felt very safe. Because of the location, guests need to rent or hire transportation in order to sightsee, shop, dine, access beach/entertainment etc. The lodging and furnishings are good, but amenities are only adequate (see below). Kudos to our host Melissa who is very attentive and available. We had a few minor issues which she addressed promptly and always did her best to fix. I detracted one star from our stay due to the following lack of amenities: 1) No A/C in one of the bedrooms 2) Inadequate water pressure and hot water upstairs 3) No cable television (Some streaming is available but nothing that provides local or international news channels)

Thanks for your feedback! We acknowledge you had an issue not having access to cable TV for which we tried to rectify the issue by subscribing to paid YouTube TV, which we later found out is not available in our region (Jamaica). We do offer Netflix, Hulu, as well as regular YouTube streaming for all our guest. Likewise, you mentioned low water pressure and lack of hot water. We advised you our water heater is solar powered, and due to the continuous downpour of rain, with little to no sunlight, this would temporarily affect our hot water system. On the other hand, all necessary inspections concluded there’s no issue with the water pressure. As it relates to AC unit being available only in one bedroom. As outlined in our description, a AC unit is available in the master bedroom, living room/kitchen, and a fan in the second bedroom. We value all feedback, and will continue to improve our services to allow all our guest to feel at home while staying with us!

Free Wi-Fi/Cable, Flat Screen T.V in living area, 1/2 bathroom on the main floor, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances, Air Conditioner (A/C), Iron, Water Heater, Cooking Appliances, Eating Utensils, Personal Care Products, and Free Parking available. All of the amenities you require and need to feel relaxed and at home all under one roof.
