Come and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors by hiking on Lily Pad Lake Trail, or discover the rich history of the town by visiting the Frisco Historic Parl & Museum, situated in downtown Frisco. Walk alongside the glistening Dillon Reservoir and take in the vista of the state's snow-capped mountains.

Within the condo, bask in the brilliance of the shining steel appliances placed in the full kitchen for you and your guests to cook up a hearty dinner. After a delicious meal, plop onto the couch and turn on the home's flat-screen TV and stream some of your favorite flicks. If you're feeling a bit energetic, there's plenty of room at the Mountainside Condominium tennis court, placed just a short walk from your vacation rental. Or if you want a bit of rest and relaxation, simmer in the shared sauna! There are plenty of things to do in the lovely town of Frisco!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
