Some rentals just feel right when you enter, and this is one of them. This 4th floor impeccably decorated condo is spacious, luxurious, and comfortable.

Talk about a view! Sandy Key 411 is a spacious three-bedroom, two full bath, corner unit with 1495 SF on the 4th floor of Tower 1. The living room is comfortable and well-appointed with soothing colors and lots of comfortable seating. The cheerfully decorated master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms for enhanced privacy and features a private bath with walk-in shower, large window facing the Gulf and a sliding glass door for access to the 200 SF beachfront balcony. The middle bedroom has a private balcony and shares a bath with the third bedroom. The bright, well-equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area with a bar for extra seating--large dining table seats 8 guests. The main beachfront balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, is large, covered and has a patio table and 8 chairs. Amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable television and free local and domestic long distance telephone calls. Sandy Key 411 is everything you imagined the perfect beach vacation to be.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: After 25 years of vacationing at beach communities along the Gulf Coast, we discovered that Perdido Key, which offers seclusion as well as easy access to restaurants, shopping and other amenities, was our favorite. We love it here. The beaches are beautiful, uncrowded and ideal for long walks. We chose Sandy Key 411 for the location and indescribable beach views. From the private balconies, it seems you can almost reach out and touch the waves. Here, we can relax, enjoy the peaceful sound of waves and watch the dolphins and birds, including the occasional bald eagle and Blue Angels!

It was our 2nd summer to stay here. I can't think of anything negative at all to say about this unit and Sandy Key. Hope to stay here again next year. Love the low-density. Beach service (Ike's) is great. This unit is very well equipped with plenty of kitchenware. Everything works. My only request would be to provide ventilation for the balcony.

Condo was very nice. Clean. The host/contact group was super kind and helpful. We had one minor issue with a door handle. Called the office - they had someone there and had it repaired within an hour. Super service. Beds were comfy. All was well.

Perdido Family Beach Vacay 2024

7 family members, (included just 1 night with nephew): Property was as described, if not better than! The swimmimg pool is beautiful, clean, and has a chiller (so refreshing after a day on the beach) My nephew spent 1 night, and was going to sleep on sofa bed, but it would not pull out correctly, and needs repair. My only recommendations for this property would be: sofa bed, ceiling fan for balcony and coded (keyless) entry. I would definitely consider this unit again.
