Great family spring break trip

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay over spring break. The unit wasn’t quite ready when we arrived for check in but it wasn’t a big deal. When we did arrive, the unit was clean and well equipped. Although it was spring break, it was still quiet. You can’t beat the views of the ocean or the easy beach access. It was also great that one of the pools was heated for the kids this time of year. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Clean condo, great balcony and views of the gulf, short walk across boardwalk to beach, always available parking. Pool was nice and refreshing. Complex was quiet. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Wish the bedrooms had fans (ceiling or box) for air circulation at night. Other than that, it was a great stay for my family!

needs a little work

We stayed in this unit at Sandy Key for a week. Overall I was not super impressed. Lots of things need updating. The furniture is obviously old and not comfortable. The beds, bedding, pillows were uncomfortable. The view and the beach are stunning but we will definitely look for another place to stay next time we are near Perdido Key.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here over Christmas break this year and it was everything we needed! Our son is in the US Navy and stationed at NAS Corry Station and it was a quick commute to go get him when he was off duty. The beaches are beautiful. Dolphins swimming out front every morning. Military fly overs were really cool to see! Lot of dining options nearby though we mostly stayed in and enjoyed each others company. The ONLY complaint (if you can even call it one) is that a few of the chairs on the balcony were broken and unusable but we made due! We will be back!
