Quiet place to stay

our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Little over a mile from the ocean with great view on the backside of the property. Plenty of space for everyone as well being on a resort property with access to do many things! Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Cabo!

Fun New Years

The property is well maintained and the accommodations were wonderful. The beds were very comfy. The pool was warm and the views were great. Saw lots of birds an even spotted a roadrunner almost every day.

Quick weekend away

Property was perfect for our sibling group of four. Concierge services were excellent; everything ran exactly as planned with our food service, shuttle bookings, etc.The only thing I would suggest is additional chaises in the pool area (there are two).I recommend this house as an excellent choice in the Quivira area of Pueblo Bonito.

A great house in a great location

We had a great time at the property. It is exactly as it is shown on the listing and very nice. The rooms were all big and clea, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The pool was very nice, but the nicest part was the view from the hot tub on the roof. If you're looking for a nice peaceful, quiet, relaxing place, then this is the perfect home for you.

Great place for a family trip

We stayed here with eight family members for three nights while in Cabo for a family wedding and loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortably appointed, and we enjoyed the proximity to the Copala Club House and other Pueblo Bonito properties. The house has tremendous views of the Pacific, which we particularly enjoyed from the patio/pool area and roof deck. We had a great experience with the property manager, and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Cabo San Lucas.

Had a wonderful stay

Had a group of 5 here for a week. The property was excellent. We were helped by Beth and Pedro from Cabo Villas in terms of planning and checkin. Really liked that the 2nd floor master was the same layout as the main floor master, giving both couples an excellent room. Internet was solid. You are a little bit from downtown so will likely need a vehicle/shuttle to get groceries and go out to dinner.

Great Stay Enjoyed Myself

Great stay full of amenities. Free shuttle and access to five other resorts, amazing views, rooftop deck with a beautiful view. Only issue I had was internal with the chef service ordered shrimp but got fish instead. Nothing major just was annoyed by that. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Christmas in Cabo

We had 6 different homes rented for a family Christmas. Our home was perfect and was everything stated online. Jorge was very helpful and checked in with us constantly. The washer and dryer were in Spanish so it was a guessing game how to do laundry but we pushed enough buttons to get our clothes done. We would absolutely be back and would highly recommend the home.

What a perfect place!

The property was exactly as described and pictured online. It was a well appointed home in a quiet lovely neighborhood on the golf course. We were easily able to walk to the ocean and golf club. The management property was spectacular. The communication was efficient and helpful. They gave recs for private chefs and activities (we used Chili and Lime catering service for all of our meals; they were spectacular and the chef and assistant were both very nice, accommodating and the meals were delicious). Highly recommend.

Wonderful Villa in Quivira

We specifically wanted to stay in Quivira to be able to play the golf course. We had never been to the neighborhood so had to go off of the listing descriptions. This villa was better than listed. The interior is very comfortable and fit our two families of 3 perfectly. The outside living area is great. It overlooks the 17th hole with an ocean view behind. Also, there is a rooftop patio with a hot tub that is awesome. It's a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a beverage as the sun sets. The property manager and local concierge made the trip. We have rented a lot of nice places in Mexico. The service we received on this trip was as good or better than what we have received on much more expensive trips. Alex at Cabo Villas was extremely responsive to any questions and requests we had before arrival. Pedro was our local concierge. He did an incredible job. He responded to every text we sent within minutes. Quivira is a neighborhood that you would never have to leave if you don't want to. The golf course is stunning and the experience is exceptional. There is access to numerous pools at the Pueblo Bonito resorts. The market at Sunset Beach is a great place to grab a quick snack. And if you want to go into town it is really close. We will definitely be back.
