This Villa de Encantada provided a wonderful place for our 3 generation family to enjoy the Christmas/New Years celebration. As the description mentions, the various views from the 3 levels are amazing. Seeing the whales with the naked eye was always a treat. (Binoculars are available at the house!)The villa had a wide variety of bedroom configurations that easily accommodated the 9 of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances were modern and in good working condition. Our host, Michelle, was always available and helpful if needed. In short, we would love to return again, which may be the BEST review of all.

Great ocean views

The house is as advertised and the ocean view is better than the pictures depict. There is some construction going on about 1/4 mile away (3-2025) so we heard them. We loved setting outside watching the Humpback whales breach and ships coming and going.

Great for family trip

House was great for the whole family. The view from the property is amazing! The walk to the clubhouse pool is easy and kids enjoyed the pool. You have to use the shuttle to get to the other resorts and pools which does take some coordination. House is nice and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.

Amazing, quiet time in Cabo

We loved our stay in Copala. The house was great and well-appointed. The concierge was extremely responsive. Fantastic views and a very comfortable home for the 8 of us to enjoy time as a family. We visited the rest of the Pueblo Bonito properties and loved having access to all the amenities and then being able to come back to our quiet retreat.

Great place and property

Guido made the rental process very easy. Always there for any questions and the Villa was beautiful. We had a very enjoyable time. We use Blanca for cooking part of our time there and the food was terrific. Andrea checked in on us daily for any needs we had. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome Experience

Guido and Gracie’s property is absolutely amazing! It has a beautiful view of the mountains and the beach. Slept 10 people very comfortably. The outdoor areas are excellent, and I highly recommend using the rooftop with the fireplace at night. The resort is fantastic, as always, and we definitely plan on coming back at some point.

Great Stay

Great property. Comfortable and spacious. We rented a golf cart to use for the week. It was a good decision given how large the campus is and the shuttle service is time consuming and infrequent. Guido & Gracie were great to work with. Recommend this property and would rent it again.

Cabo at its best!

This house is amazing. Guido and Gracie did a wonderful job of setting this home up to provide everything you could possibly need. Arturo and Benny where great help prior to and during our stay. Having them reserve a golf cart for the week may seem pricey at first, but I promise you it is worth every penny if you want to enjoy all of the amenities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts. We also had them arrange for a private Chef to come prepare a massive feast, for our family of 11. An incredible experience! From the comfort of your choice of 3 decks, you can experience the best sunrises, Whale watching (binoculars provided in main bedroom), fireworks, and distant city lights.

The Views!!!

Wonderful stay a couple weeks ago. Loved the location. Views were incredible. Tons of room indoors and outdoors. Attention to just a few minor details and it would have been perfect (control pool temp, hot tub temp, outdoor speakers, dryer, rooftop fire pit ) literally a 15 minute walk thru could have made a huge difference. Property manager was great but not very responsive at times. Overall it was a great stay and we’d go back.

Jason it was great chatting with you after your stay. We love the views of our Villa also, every time we return I think I need to take pictures of the view. The funny thing is, when I compare the photos with the ones I previously took. I have to laugh, because they were so similar. Best of Both Worlds at the Q!

What a cute hidden treasure! Pictures don’t do this place Justice. It’s really a beautiful home home, nicely appointed. Quiet enough for full relaxation but access to all the local resorts for all the touristy feels and nightlife. Benny Blanco was great! There for whatever we needed, he knows just who to talk to and there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My family really enjoyed themselves. I’d love to stay at the Copala again. Thank you!

Great family vacation home

The layout of the house worked out beautifully for our family. The home was very comfortable for our whole family including our small grandchildren. It is located in the Copala community which is lovely but we spent the vast majority of our time at the nearby resort of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. There was a free shuttle provided by Copala that left hourly to take us from our villa to PBSB and back again but it required much planning and time to get where we wanted to go. It worked out fine but just something to know before you go.

They used to have a call for it, with no schedule which made planning for it difficult. So the hourly schedule seems the best. We would welcome you back anytime.

Amazing experience I’ve rented a lot of vrbo properties but nothing that compared to this in quality or level of service. The owner was amazing as well as the staff. The home was beautiful and the beds and pillows were amazing in fact I ordered the same as soon as I got home. Loved the concierge service and access to multiple resorts, one phone call and there would be a van there in 5 mins. To take you anywhere you wished. The cook was outstanding not only was the food great but she would clean the entire place after she served the meals. I actually had to tell her to stop working and go home. I can’t say enough about Casa BERTOLI it was wonderful I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return. Thank you Guido

Perfect Family Retreat in beautiful CABO

This was our second stay at this beautiful Copala home. Guido and Gracie go above and beyond to provide a luxury experience for their guests. We did have Arturo deliver groceries to the villa, what a huge convenience for our family of 10! We did get the All inclusive package through Pueblo Bonito and visited the restaurants on property. The shuttle situation to PB was very erratic. We rented golf carts to get to and from the PB restaurants and pools, I highly recommend if your are going to use the PB amenities. The villa is highly appointed, we enjoyed the pool both at the villa and the Copala community pool. We also enjoyed the rooftop for after dinner drinks and conversation. If you have a large family this is the villa to rent! Thank you so much Guido and Gracie for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.

Luxury, comfort and serenity

We recently stayed at Villa De Encantada, absolutely a 5 star experience. The villa is extremely well appointed, Guido and Gracie are most gracious hosts and provided everything we could have needed while in Cabo. 5 bedrooms accomodated our party of 10, provided the privacy we were looking for so everyone felt comfortable. We really enjoyed the roof top terrace at night by the fire, with views of the city. The pool and hot tub were a private escape after being at the main pool at Sunset. The second floor outdoor space was amazing in the afternoon, perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. We were able to take advantage of the All Inclusive option at Sunset/MonteCristo as we had our adult children and their SOs, but the kitchen was amazing and would absolutely work for those who would not like AI. This is a vacation we will talk about for years to come! Guido and Arturo assured our every need was met, the shuttle drivers accomodated our many trips to Sunset and Quivira. The Copala concierge arranged an arch, glass blowing and tequila tasting tour for our group as well. If you are looking for a beautiful Hacienda in Cabo this is a must you will not be disappointed! Wonderful!

Guido and Gracie were extremely welcoming and immediately responded to any issues we had. We experienced hot water problems initially but it was fixed in a timely manner. Along with the help from Guido, Arturo and Lisa (the property managers on site) were there for anything we needed. The house itself was beautiful! It was very spacious and accommodated our family of 11 comfortably. We loved having a full kitchen as we shopped and cooked some meals on our own. We used the pool and hot tub every day (once the water was warm 😊) and enjoyed the fire pits at night. The views of the ocean and the city were amazing. We also used the clubhouse pool daily and appreciated the quiet feel of the Copala property. The concierge was extremely receptive and assisted us every day in getting shuttles and taxis. Be aware of the high taxi prices to the city as Copala is situated a few miles from the entrance. A rental car would be recommended if you are planning on more than one trip to the city. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this beautiful home to anyone! Guido and Gracie are fabulous owners!

Gracie and I tried hard to pick the perfect location, then blend a Luxury Villa filled with tradition Hacienda Decor. With your glowing review of the views, the Villa with its Private Jacuzzi and Pool, and fire pits makes us feel good about how we did. Happy New Year!

We planned a big family trip for my 50th birthday and had along our 3 adult daughters with their husbands and one 4 month old granddaughter as well as my in-laws. We own with Pueblo Bonito so were familiar with the general area and found this to be the only 5 bedroom house we could reserve for this busy time of year. This was our first time utilizing a private home rental within the Quivira group and it did bring a few challenges. Copola is further away then we anticipated and the shuttle is a bit tricky to plan around. There were a few communication glitches between the Copola concierge and the hotel concierges within Pueblo Bonito. I would recommend calling both to verify any arrangements or use the Pueblo Bonito app to book any activity. The house itself was very easy to be guests at. The property manager was himself on vacation when we arrived but he was quick to send someone to address needs upon arrival. The outdoor spaces were well used by our party on every level. Beds were comfortable and space within was well thought out. This house is ridiculously quiet within - no creaky floors whatsoever. There is a main road in front of the house that took a bit of getting used to with construction crews going back and forth but we soon forgot about it. The kitchen was well supplied of all you could need in terms of dishes, cookware, etc. We cooked and ate mostly at home due to the size of our party. Shopped our own pre order at the marina Walmart.

Jacky thank you for the 5 Star review. We were honored that you had your 50th Birthday celebration there. The Pool, Jacuzzi, and Firepits are there for our guests enjoyment, glad they were "well used". We are also glad you were able to use our kitchen, cookware, etc ,, we tried to stock it well. Now we know we succeeded.

Beautiful and clean home

The home was beautiful, clean with plenty of space and bathrooms for larger groups. There was enough towels, linen and toiletries for us to use. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed being so close to the club house that had good food, a beautiful infinity pool and a clean gym. The hardest part was being so far away from the other resorts and having to rely on the free shuttle service that was not always available at the times we wanted to leave, so we did feel a little isolated without a car. The hostess Karen only checked in with us on the first day and she didn't know the property very well. The dishwasher in the home didn't work the entire time and we had to call maintenance twice to come and fix it. 2 out of the 3 fire pits did not work upon arrival, but maintenance was able to fix at least one of them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owners allowing us to check in early and check out late. Thank you!

Nice Place

Good accommodations, suited our family of 4, plus an extra bedroom to boot. Nice rooftop terrace with fireplace we used it just about every night. Clubhouse is where we dined most afternoons, very convenient about 3 minutes walking in flip flops. Lots of walking pathways in the area.
