Come and enjoy the US Virgin Islands in this Spacious Family-Friendly Home with breathtaking views. “The Loft” at Wintberg Place is a uniquely special living experience perfect for anyone wanting to spend quality time relaxing and taking in the beauty of our island. The main entrance greets you with breathtaking ocean views in a 6-sided 2- story great room including an open- concept kitchen with a massive island perfect for large families and friends to gather and prepare meals…... But the true beauty of this home is waiting for you upstairs in the Loft!! An 800 square-foot open lounging space fully equipped with the comfiest sectional to watch movies on a 100 inch screen with 6 walls of windows and expansive views even better than the view from the first floor. This home has been completely renovated including the roof, windows, doors, floors air conditioning throughout and furniture. It is virtually new and ready to be enjoyed. The amount of space in this home allows us to fit 8 guests comfortably with flexible sleeping arrangements and the use of air mattresses. Entire main level. (There are other units below the main level that are off limits) Guests will be able to reach out to us virtually during their stay at any time. Wintberg Place is located in a tranquil, residential neighborhood and faces the Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect location for privacy and peace, while still having access to town and beach. There is little or no outside traffic and the home is surrounded by other homeowners who take pride in their property. A vehicle is preferred, however taxis can access the property very easily. There are no public transportation services within 2 miles of the home. Everything you will need to know will be in the welcome manual upon arrival.

I’ve never seen such beautiful place in my life! This place has it all! It was super clean, Very modernized, just Simply immaculate! The location was perfect. Perfect views. This place was very clean and the host was very responsive. Everything was laid out so neat and easy to access.

Beautiful home amazing views

I loved staying at the loft. Everything was perfect and the house looked exactly like the pictures. We had a small issue trying to put code in upon arrival but was quickly instructed on how to enter. I 100% recommend and would definitely stay here when we come back.

Island Paradise

We loved staying at the Loft and living like a local in St Thomas! The home is large and very comfortable, everything looks exactly like the photos and there are also some beach chairs and a cooler for beach days. The views are incredible at all times!! We especially enjoyed having a nice full kitchen and the projector in the loft for movies at night. Check in and Check out were a breeze, and communication was always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, I'm sure we will be back!

Delightful

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. We were here for a wedding and it was such a great location that wasn’t too far from anything. Beautiful view, spacious, fun, and tranquil all at the same time. The style of the home is even beautiful. I can’t say enough about the hosts who helped with any bit of advice or complication we may have had. The addresses in St. Thomas aren’t very helpful to anyone, even taxi drivers, so the very defined directions, as well the pin drop we were given made everything clear and simple. Our stay was exactly what we needed and so much more than we hoped for….also, if you need impeccable drivers to get you anywhere you need to go who go above and beyond to make sure you have all you need then contact Glenda with Glenda’s Island Driving Services 340:227:9249…..thank you again to all involved in making this a perfect trip!
