Discover your home away from home in our newly built, spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story townhome, just under 2,000 square feet. Ideally situated in a central location for exploring Boise, The Grey Havens offers a serene retreat with a warm grey and blue color palette that creates a “relaxed beach vibe.” Nestled at the back of a private subdivision, this thoughtfully designed space accommodates groups of 1-12, ensuring comfort and style without compromising on functionality. Plus, there are no extra guest fees! Gated and heated community pool open May-September. Lots of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, clubhouse and rock wall shower. Kick back and relax-the pool is open 8am-10pm 7 days a week! Located 1 min walk from the property.

The Grey Havens is not only a wonderful, homey refuge but Hilary is a truly incredible hostess and we had such a fabulous 10 days while preparing for our daughter’s wedding. This home away from home is perfect in every way. Starting with the hosts, who go out of their way to add special touches. For example, Hillary knew we were in town for our daughter’s graduation and she had grad themed cupcakes and balloons waiting for us upon arrival. We enjoyed our four days in Grey Havens very much--our second year in a row for our reunion there. We are a group of friends, mostly in our sixties, from out of state. We loved the brightness, the airy light and the roominess. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful, and there was an abundance of snacks and cookware. Hilary and Eric are generous and kind hosts, and communicate well. The setting was peaceful, a quiet neighborhood of similar townhomes, and an easy drive to places we wanted to visit. A supermarket is only about a city block away, for easy grocery shopping.

Beyond Fabulous!

A beautiful home, clean, and comfortable. It was fully stocked with coffee, spices, condiments, and other household essentials in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The host even left us some snacks including fresh fruit, yogurt, bottled water, and other items. The community was quiet, the pool was nice, and the people at the pool were friendly. There were 10 people in our group and everyone was comfortable and very impressed. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone needing accommodations in the Boise area.

Hello! We are Hilary and Eric and we have lived in Boise for 23 years. We have 2 son’s and two golden retrievers- Shaq and Sailor. We built our vacation rental because of our love of travel and our love of Boise. We wanted to provide our guests with the same wonderful Boise welcome we received all those years ago when we first arrived. We also love to travel and love the ocean, so we knew we wanted to bring the best of our travels and that "ocean feel" to our property. So we used warm grey's and light blues and greens throughout the house to bring the soothing nature of the ocean to Boise.
The Grey Havens has been a labor of love..I lost my mother recently and intertwined in the brand new high end furnishings, there are small meaningful items that belonged to my mother...including the Welsh Love Spoons on the living room wall. My mother loved the ocean and Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings series...in Tolkien's books The Grey Havens is the Elvish version of heaven. We want to provide our travelers with a "haven" during their travels, a place to soothe the body and soul.
