Welcome to the perfect home base for your next Port A getaway! This newly-built casita is within the Palmilla Beach Resort community, just steps from the sand and close to the pools and fitness center. The Port Aransas Nature Preserve, plus the shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions of downtown Port Aransas are all a little over three miles away.

At home, spend quiet mornings sipping coffee on your covered second-story deck, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. You’ll find abundant natural light, an open floor plan, a private washer/dryer, and brand-new everything, from flooring to furnishings. The sleek kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the four kitchen island barstools and the adjacent dining table with seating for six.

Spend the day on the sand or sunbathing at two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, then cool off at home in the central AC each evening. Stream the latest release in the living room, or use the free WiFi to scroll your social feeds. Drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom, each featuring an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, but not before one last toast on the balcony to booking such a sweet escape.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Guests must use their own logins for streaming services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
