Located next to the La Quinta Resort, our Tennis Villa is less than a 5-minute walk to its many amenities including restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, and live music. The home is bright, fully renovated and updated with new furnishings, new kitchen appliances for the chef, and finished with tasteful design making for a perfect escape. The surrounding landscaping is beautiful. There's plenty of room, thoughtful seating areas, and rustic touches. On the covered tennis patio side, you'll find a new Weber BBQ with gas hook-up. The larger patio features new patio furnishing with gas firepit.

You’ll feel like you're staying in a private 5-star Villa. Everything is upgraded and new, including, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. You will find all the electronics, appliances, finishes, accessories and high-speed Wi-Fi to be of the highest standards, and thoughtfully chosen for a relaxing experience.

Bedding: Bedroom #1 - King bed, Bedroom #2 - Two Queen Beds. Linens are white, crisp and of quality, pillows and blankets are soft and you'll have many options to find the right pillow for you.

Outdoor Patio: 4 swivel/glider chairs & table with 2 additional recliner chairs, a firepit and heating tower for that added warmth to enhance those great conversations

Kitchen: Fully equipped, beautiful waterfall countertops & backsplash, wooden cabinetry, HUGE center island with breakfast bar seating central to the living area connecting you and your guests.

Parking: Garage parking is available for stays of 30 days or longer. There's dedicated parking in the cul de sac or nearby street just a few steps away.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the house, Tennis Villa pools and hot tub. Entry into the house is by a key-code for which you will receive your own unique code prior to arrival.

Tennis: You can enjoy the resort tennis courts and lessons for a small fee through the La Quinta resort ($35 pickleball, $40-$50 tennis courts)

Please note the La Quinta resort main pool is not available to guests.
