The first floor has an open floor plan with a two-story cathedral ceiling great room featuring a triple slider door opening to the caged lanai and cozy heated pool, an Owners Suite with private access to the lanai and swimming pool thru a slider door, a guest bedroom with a private bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can relax with your family and friends for a casual dinner and drinks, a whimsical dining room available for a formal dining experience.

The second floor features a loft den/studio and a third bedroom with a private bathroom.

Located in desirable Pelican Landing in the small close-knit Heron Cove with access to private beach, 12 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce courts, butterfly gardens, fitness center, marina, and the option of two private golf courses.
