Superb Holiday Villa w/pool in Bonita Springs
Relax in the sunshine under a lanai, or take a dip in the enclosed private pool. This home's friendly atmosphere and helpful amenities make it an excellent place to come and enjoy the sunshine. You're within driving distance of several beaches, and there's enough to enjoy right in the villa.
The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining room with a table for 6, comfortable living space with a sofa and a TV and 3 separate bedrooms.
2 of them have queen size beds and one is equipped with a twin bed.
2 full bathrooms are accessible from master bedrooms.
There is also a private pool with a lanai, surrounded by a terrace with a dining table, grill and tanning beds.
You can use a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, too.
Parking is available right outside the house in the private driveway.
The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a dining room with a table for 6, comfortable living space with a sofa and a TV and 3 separate bedrooms.

The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!
