Willow Rental The Willow Rental is part of a duplex rental unit.  The four bedroom, one bath rental has access to Pine Creek for fishing, kayaking and more water enjoyment.  The 4 bedrooms are all on the 3rd floor of this unit.  The second floor has a large kitchen, dining room and living room.  The first floor/basement has the game room and laundry area.  This rental is enjoyed by family and friends seeking enjoyment in the Potter/Tioga area.  Popular destinations include the PA Grand Canyon and Cherry Springs.  Popular activies include but are not limited to fishing, hiking, motorcycle riding, atv riding, snowmobile riding, horseback riding, etc.
The Willow Rental is part of a duplex rental unit.  The four bedroom, one bath rental has access to Pine Creek for fishing, kayaking and more water enjoyment.  The 4 bedrooms are all on the 3rd floor of this unit.  The second floor has a large kitchen, dining room and living room.  The first floor/basement has the game room and laundry area.  This rental is furnished with a king, queen, full and 2 twin beds.

Nice place, but a little bit pricey

Overall, our stay at Rough Cut Lodge was enjoyable. The location of the house was great and the size of the house was adequate for our group of 8 people. We found the house to be well-maintained and clean upon arrival. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. One of the main issues was the high cost of the linen service. We were surprised to find that we had to pay separately for towels and even for using the fireplace. We felt that these service fees should have been included in the final price, as it was frustrating to have to pay for each service separately. Additionally, we found that the house had a high level of humidity, which made the air feel damp and uncomfortable. This was an inconvenience during our stay. Despite these issues, we would still recommend Rough Cut Lodge to others as the positives outweighed the negatives. The location and house itself were great, and as long as you are aware of the additional service fees and the humidity issue, it can still be a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Ekaterina, We are glad that your ultimate decision would be to recommend Rough Cut Lodge to other guests. We offer the separate linen fee as a option for guests to pay a lesser nightly rate if they are ok with bringing their own linens. It is listed in the description, my apologies for it not being included and given as an option. As far as having to pay for the fireplace... our gas fireplaces are controlled by the thermostats in each unit which the guests have control over at no additional cost. We offer firewood to our guests but at a very reasonable and honor system. $5 per 12 large pieces of dried wood which is about 33% of what you can buy wood for at any campground in 2023. A small bundle about 5-6 pieces goes for $10 anywhere we have recently studied. We hope you and your friends will return. As for the humidity, we do have air conditioners in all rentals and are sorry you had a disappointing experience.
