The view was great and the condo was clean and comfortable. The parking and elevators were the only things I think any of us ever really complained about but it wasn't that bad. Overall a great stay!!! Nice Location.

This was an awesome place to stay!! Plenty of pools and activities for rainy days. The view of the gulf was fantastic. Very clean and easy to reach if an issue arises. We will be back for sure!!!

Beautiful view but lots of waiting and walkiny

The property had not been cleaned good prior to arrival. Plates of food was left in fridge , mold in sinks and bathtubs. Elevators have very long wait times. Parking is across the street and no parking is available on entrance level of building you have to take a second Elevator to get to car. The balcony does have a beautiful view.

I apologize if your experience was not the best. Unit was check prior to check in. There was no food in the fridge or mold. If there is a issue in the future you should call to resolve. Majestic is one of the best and busiest properties on the beach and different times of year the wait for the elevators can be longer. There are four elevators. There is a place on the 3rd floor for loading and unloading.

An Enjoyable Week

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few things I felt could have been improved on. We needed to use the sofa bed and there were no sheets available for that bed. It was quite late when we discovered this and we made due. We contacted the property manager the next day and she was able take care of it quickly. The primary bathroom has a spa-like tub. When we tried to use it black particles came out of all the jets! We decided to just use the shower. There needs to be more elevators; there were always long waits no matter what time of day. We truly enjoyed our stay and were pleased with all the amenities. Our grandsons loved all the pools and hot tubs.

Im glad you enjoyed your stay. Im always available to answer any concerns. Liens for the sofa bed are in the guest room closet. You came during one of the peak weeks of the year. There are 4 elevators, but during peak weeks it will always be busy.

Kids had fun

The property was pretty much as described. Ill start w the negatives...The balcony door didnt lock, the entry door looked as if someone had tried to kick it in. A few broken cabinets, the place could have used a good cleaning. Couldnt figure out the front room tv. Water pressure is lacking. The elevator wait is horrible. The positives...the kids didn't mind the negatives, parking, right on the beach & the red chair is comfortable lol. We didn't get a chance to check out the pools, hot tubs, theater or cafe. Overall it was a nice busy weekday trip. The small negatives are fixable, the kids had fun and thats what this trip was about. Id stay again.

The condo was clean but was hot in the unit. Not enough pots and pans for cooking. Really not big enough for 6. Liked all the pools, nice parking garage but you do have to pay for it for each car.
