Majestic 3BR 2BA 17th Floor Tower 2!!!

Come enjoy yourself at Majestic 1706 and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This spacious elegant interior set-up with tropical interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop with a central island, and a 50" flat screen television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a full mini bar off to the side, a DVD player, and Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in glass shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a spacious queen size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.

The third bedroom offers a twin top and full bottom bunk combo with a flat screen television and a DVD player to watch movies. With the queen sleeper sofa bringing the sleeping capacity to 9!

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. Come join us at Majestic 1706 and have the vacation of a lifetime!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. The place was wonderful. Enjoyed have the beach right outside. But the place needs a deep clean and some upgrades.

Amazing water views from the balcony! The room was clean and very centrally located. The pools were great with a convenient bar/grill by the pool at Tower 1. This is a large property so be prepared to walk a bit to get to your car, tothe beach and other amenities of the condo.

We loved this room..it was beautiful..clean and omg the view...only thing is it would be nice if u had a stick vaccum or a mop vacuum to clean up the floors ...and the AC was a pain ..always woke up in middle night hot in the master room and all other rooms was cool ...sometimes the whole unit wouldnt work..it needs some attention..but our stay was great and we will stay with u all again!!

The beach view was great! However, the property wasn’t very clean the bathrooms were gross and the dishes had been put away with food on them and cups in the cabinet filled with sand. Nothing extra was provided if you plan an extended you’ll have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. as you are only provided one trash bag and leftover rolls of toilet paper from previous vacationers.

Great experience

The unit was very clean and had a fantastic view. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. The whole family enjoyed the stay. We loved the big balcony. We can highly recommend this unit and property.

Great location’

The condo is in the Majestic it is a great location and you could probably stay here and get by without a vehicle. There are quite a few businesses within walking distance including a Walmart. This is our 2nd year to spend Jan. and Feb. in this condo. The condo could use some refreshing but is pretty nice overall.

Great but needs a better cleaning company!

Great resort and security. Great location and beach access. The room itself was nice but needs help. Not very clean at check-in. Not well stocked for guest. Not even enough silverware and cups for 3 people. At least one coffee and coffee filter or extra trash bag would have been nice to have. I don't if the room was even cleaned before check-in as there was sand on the floors and cig butts and bottle caps on the balcony as well as wads of hair in the shower drains and empty shampoo and body wash containers. Otherwise, the Majestic Resort is very nice. Would stay again but in a different room.

The overall resort was very well kept and clean I wish I could say the same about the condo we were assigned! Upon entry, the door was all black and was in need of a good cleaning and repainting. Inside the unit there was mold growing all over in the bathroom and on the ceiling. The walls had several patch marks that had never been painted. As I could go on and on, but I was not happy with the unit at all.

Exactly as it sounds

We’ve been coming to the Majestic for 3yrs now. This condo was exactly as listed. The washer and drier are in a separate room which was great!! Usually they’re in the wall in a hallway, but the extra room was nice. The condo was clean and had plenty of storage space for food and clothes. I’d stay in this same condo next year!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Beach Resort. This was our 2nd year to stay there. We were disappointed that on our first day on the beach (sunday) we were unable to rent chairs because there was no one there until 1230. We went to Walmart to buy chairs and umbrella. Monday was the same, they showed up late again also. Rest of the week, the chairs were set up between 9 and 930. The condo was great. There were several remote controls on the table and 3 without backs to hold batteries in place. We will stay there again next year.
