Retreat to this modern, family-friendly and scenic Huntsville villa that is perfect for year round enjoyment. Located in a private, gated community, you are steps from Pineview Reservoir and a short drive to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley ski resorts. You will have access to amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, bocce ball, pickleball court, and horseshoe pits. Or simply relax cooking at home in our fully stocked kitchen and enjoy the sunset or stars from the deck.

Every bedroom is equipped with firm memory foam mattress, Smart TV, desk, attached bathroom and blackout or room darkening shades. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need - coffee maker, espresso maker with milk frother, blender/food processor, Crockpot, Instant Pot, toaster oven/air fryer, hand mixer, rice cooker, cookware, spices, Blackstone griddle, etc. We offer YouTube TV access on the main living room and family room TVs. Feel free to enjoy the Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The garage and driveway can comfortably accommodate 4 cars and guest parking spots are available nearby. We offer guest use of ski storage, gear dryers, beach chairs, snow shoes, pickle ball paddles and more. Trust us - we have thought of everything you would need for a comfortable and fun outdoor recreational vacation!

This house was amazing. It had a ton of space, was really well appointed, and offered a terrific view. There were 6 adult men on this trip and everyone agreed that it was one of the nicest rentals they've ever stayed in. It was very convenient for skiing at Snow Basin. Not a single complaint. It was everything we expected and much more.

Home Away from Home

This place was without a doubt the best vacation rental we have even been to! The home is immaculately clean and organized with everything you could ever need while on vacation. Every bed and couch was very comfortable and everything was beautifully decorated. It is a gorgeous location that overlooks the lake with plenty of parking. The hosts were wonderful to work with and it was a very easy check in process. We will for sure be back !

Best views, beds, gathering spaces, and a kitchen with everything you need!

What a beautiful space to gather for a weekend. This home was equipped with everything you could need in a kitchen and more! Most comfortable beds I've stayed in a vacation home, and was so close to the water. Cathering responded quickly to any question we had and the home was ready on time. My favorite thing about the property was the perfect spaces to gather and spend time together. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this property for the very first time in Spring 2025 and already then left a review about how much we enjoyed our stay and how perfect this property is. We booked the house again this Spring from 2/20-2/24/26 and all we have to say (again) is : Perfect location, perfect house, beautiful airy, big bedrooms with a great view of the lake, fully stocked kitchen, well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Very easy communication with the owner/property manager. We are already planning our next ski trip to Snowbasin and the only place we want to stay is this house!
