This property is one I highly recommend. Garrett is an excellent and welcoming host and provides an exceptionally clean home. The house and grounds are well-maintained. I’m a picky person and I was amazed at the condition of the property. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has all you need for your stay. There’s plenty of on-site parking too. If our travels lead us back to State College, we will definitely be staying here again.

The owner went out of his way to make sure and wash not only the sheets and basic linens, but quite a few of the extras in unscented detergent to accommodate my allergies and it was much appreciated. In Late 2022, we stumbled on a new construction home from a local builder on North Atherton that was too perfect to pass up.

Sharing our home is more than just a business. It's about creating a community and giving others the chance to fall in love with Penn State and the surrounding area, just like we did. We hope to continue welcoming guests for years to come and making our vacation property a place where memories are made.
