We have been coming to this area for close to 31 years. We decided to purchase a piece of paradise in August 2018 and again in 2022. Why they chose this property
We purchased at Cassine Station as the location on 30A is directly across the street from the beach access. The building has an elevator and has won architectural awards for its unique design. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, basketball hoop and a sunset deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across 30A about 175 yards.
