Welcome to our beach getaway in Seagrove right on 30A! Located directly across from the new One Seagrove Place public beach access, offering easy walking distance to the beach, pools, shops and restaurants . Enjoy 2 community pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Perfect for couples or small families, this corner unit boasts a king size bed, hallway bunk beds and sleeper sofa. LOCATION! Less than 2 miles to iconic Seaside and walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.
-The bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, blackout curtains, 1/2 bath with closet is adjacent.
-Hallway bunks
-Sofa sleeper
-Spacious bar counter with 4 barstools
-Private, large patio with a table that seats 4 and 2 additional chairs and side table. Perfect for enjoying a meal or your morning coffee.
-Well-equipped kitchen that includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware
-Keurig single cup coffeemaker, Drip Coffeemaker (BYO ground coffee)
-Full size washer and dryer
-Linens and towels provided.
-We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher/laundry pods and K-Cups.
