Pocono Towamensing Trails Lakeview Home Big Boulder/Jack Frost Area

Escape to tranquility. Chalet home with a gorgeous view of 190 acre lake. Our home features upper & lower decks which are great for barbecuing, watching the deer frolic or simply enjoying the sound of the nearby waterfall. The upper deck contains a gas BBQ grill and a large seating area with propane fire pit while the 6 person hot tub is nestled on the patio below.

The first floor opens into a cozy game room with 65" LED TV, DVD/VCR player, pool table with table tennis conversion top, foosball table, 2 bedrooms (with TVs) full bath and laundry area with (2) stacked washer/dryer units.

The second floor boasts our fully equipped kitchen, family room with stone fireplace & vaulted ceiling, 55" LCD TV, DVD library with hundreds of movies, DVD/VCR player, 3 bedrooms (with TVs) & a full bath.

We take pride in our meticulously maintained home & provide virtually everything you need to enjoy a peaceful get-away.

Our home provides a pool table, table tennis, foosball table, fireplace, DVD library with hundreds of movies, air conditioning, 2 large TVs, 2 DVD/VCR combos and TVs in all of the bedrooms; 1 King, 2 queens, 3 fulls and 2 twins, two full size washer and dryer units, outdoor gas grill, outdoor propane fire pit and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, tennis rackets, tennis balls, horse shoes and a basketball are available. To add to the relaxation, there's a 6 person hot tub to melt your troubles away.

Renters must be minimum of 25 years of age to rent. A copy of your driver's license must be provided as proof of age.

Important Notice to Tenants - The association has a maximum limit of 5 vehicles per property. A maximum of 8 wrist bands are provided upon arrival which allows you free access to the club house, arcade, beach, pool, playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. These amenities are run by the Home Owner's Association and, as such, their availability is subject to change without notice and are beyond our control.

We had a fantastic time in this large, neat, and well-equipped house. Many bedrooms, great game room, quiet neighborhood, and close to hiking and Jim Thorpe. The owners were excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice time. Your house was very nice and very clean. My grandkids had so much fun. The loved playing the table games downstairs and they really liked the kids bunk room. We enjoyed the pool and view of the lake. We really loved the deers walking around the front yard and when they came so close to us the kids thought that was amazing . It was a great few days. Great, spacious house. Extremely clean upon arrival. 2 refrigerators was a nice bonus. The pool table was used all weekend. Short walk to marina to see the fireworks was perfect. Short drive to beach. The amenities were plentiful -dishes pots pans silverware. Decks and deck furniture were great. Beds super comfy! Communication with owners was awesome! Will definitely rent again!

Comfortable and Sparkling Clean Mountain Home

From start to finish renting this Pocono Mountain home was a pleasure. Our group of 5 couples really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had all the amenities. Great cabin for big groups

Lovely spacious cabin in Poconos, close to parks and hiking, and local spots - comfortably fit 10 couples, can easily fit 14 people if they wanna use the bunk beds. House is stocked with everything you need, great amenities inside (we played board games and ping-pong/billiards) as well as basketball/tennis (use wristbands provided by HOA). Mike and Pat are very nice and responsive hosts.

A nice winter retreat

My children and grandchildren enjoyed a long weekend at this property. A cute welcome basket was left for us and the kids enjoyed opening that. The game room was used by all-ping pong, pool, fuzzball, Pac-Man arcade. The adults loved the hot tub which was operational even though it was 12 outside, we loved it. The towels were luscious and thick, pllenty left for us. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to make 3 breakfasts and three dinners. We enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, which were all in the area. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great location.

End of June 2022 stay: The property was very well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed having Netflix, the game tables and jacuzzi, two refrigerators- one on each level, and the beds were super comfortable. The home was very clean except for a few cob webs in the bunk bed room. The living room air conditioner unit is under repair, but they did provide a temporary window unit until fixed— a bit noisy but tolerable to stay cool. Inside the jacuzzi was very clean, but the outside of the cover should be cleaned regularly as it was very dirty. The upper deck needs a better cleaning in between guests and possibly sprayed for bugs/spiders more regularly. You will see lots of deer, ground hogs, and foxes in the area. We had a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway with Cozy Charm

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful, and it was the perfect place for our large family. The cabin offered plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, providing a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that felt just like home. While it isn’t a modern, updated space, its charm as a warm cabin/chalet made it all the more special. Most of the property was spotless, but there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom on the upper floor. We quickly addressed it by cleaning the toilet, shower, and floor, so it wasn’t a major issue, though we weren’t sure if it was due to a cleaning oversight or something else. Beyond that, the experience was amazing. We were enchanted by the deer sightings in the front yard, which added a magical touch, especially with the snow falling. It made for a truly memorable family getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and if there was something missing, stores like Dollar General, Walmart, and ShopRite were all just a short drive away. The owners, Pat and Mike, were fantastic. They were quick to respond to all our questions, and even when we had a last-minute request, they were incredibly accommodating. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to return and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly getaway!
