Plenty of room for your family or guests at this 5-bedroom/3-bathroom home! This newly built home is 2300 square feet with large bedrooms and two separate family living areas. NNU is just one block away! Although the home is new, the neighborhood is old where some homes are 100 years old with some sidewalks and mostly street parking. The home is close to other amenities like restaurants, Lake Lowell, wedding venues, Nampa Parks and Recreation, Nampa High School, Liberty Park, and the St. Alphonsus Medical Center. We hope you'll stay with us.

We had three families staying and each one loved the layout and spaciousness of the home. Kids were upstairs with the tv and comfy couch, adults hung out on the comfy downstairs couch. Super well situated from our wedding venue, bagels, coffee and grocery store.

Very nice property. Clean bedding and furniture. The kitchen has everything needed. The only issue was the return air vent right above the dinning table was filthy and very dusty. The chairs below were dusty.
