This is a private residence inside the W SoBe Hotel. You have access to same amenities as hotel guests, except daily housekeeping and room service.

The space
This stunning studio is very private has the best unobstructed oceanfront views. This unit is very welcoming and comfortable, giving the feel of a fresh luxury resort. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all necessary amenities, and short drives to Miami's finest restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping. The building itself features multiple on-site restaurants, gym, spa, basketball and tennis courts, pools and is always adding more. It is by far the BEST building on South Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony facing the stunning Atlantic Ocean or while at the desk doing your e-mails. From there, take advantage of the building's state-of-the-art gym then head on down to the best pool in Miami. Enjoy food and drinks with your friends before taking advantage of the direct beach access you have to enjoy. Soak up the sun on one of the beach chairs or cabanas, while enjoying full food and beverage service right on the beach. Head back up and enjoy the sunset from the balcony before showering in the luxurious bathroom with high-end finishes everywhere you look. Miami features the best nightlife in the world, so book dinner reservations at some of the best restaurants in the world that you are now just a few minutes away from. After enjoying chef-prepared dishes, head over to one of Miami's world famous specialties: nightclubs! Drink and dance the night away before heading home and throwing yourself on this extremely comfortable King sized bed. Other things to note
– Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
– Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $200 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
– Room service not available.
– We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances
