Welcome to our beautiful 1 BD, LR, kitchen, 1.5 bath, 2 private terrace’s private condo at the Ritz Bal Harbour overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal. Amenities: 2 lg flat screen tv (60 inch in bedroom and 60 inch in living room) Wi-Fi, luxurious bedding, 2 terraces, washer and dryer. Located across from the Bal Harbour Shops and 10 min from South Beach. Resort fee $65/day incl lounge chairs at beach/pool and fitness center (paid directly to Ritz).

Everything here was just perfect. We've been staying here every year for the past 10-12 years and it just keeps getting better. The property itself is on a secluded portion of the beach and really private and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay and felt we got a good value for the cost. Unit was clean and adequately stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Watching the boats constantly going in and out of the inlet was very nice. Beach service was superior to other similar places we have stayed. Shower had very good water pressure and flow to make you feel clean after the beach or other outdoor activities. Food in restaurant and room, was very good but slow and expensive. No issues and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely fantastic! It had everything we needed and more, making our experience truly enjoyable. The host was amazing, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. 3rd floor condo with beautiful view of ocean and inland waterway. Everything about this condo is first class, comfy bed, everything you need in kitchen, beautiful bath and shower. The Ritz Carlton amenities are top tier, the spa, the dining, the beach and the pool. The service there is second to none. With a spacious condo at a good price allows you to enjoy the amenities. Wonderful shops and restaurants really close by. Never really wanted to leave the property!

We’ve stayed at this property many times. This was the first time the process was to check in at the front desk. Which, I prefer. But when we checked in, at 1000pm in the evening. We were told they did not have our reservation. Property owner apologized and was able to work it out. My suggestion is call the Hotel as well a few days before you check in to this property.
